Was a good place until there financing company fairstone wouldn't stop harassing us none stop with phone calls and mail. Went to Leon's for our next purchase and not one phone call or piece of mail. Leon's for the win. Don't bother calling Ashley either, the manager is rude and careless to the situation. Almost like she wants people to be harassed into buying more furniture from them. No thank you!!

Poor website. My disabled sister tried to use the site to check out furniture before leaving home. Website refused to accept our local store as a valid address. Without setting a location you can not see prices. Not worth going there to wear her out and then try to shop other stores also. Disappointed. I did reach out to corporate and have not received a response.

We ordered a new fridge from one of their on island visits (Haida Gwaii). While they didn't have the type of fridge we were looking for, we sat down together and ordered one from their site. It arrived sooner than I expected and the movers brought it right in.

Manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. Employees lack communication skills amongst one another. Manager is loud and ignorant. Will never step foot in this business ever again and neither will my family . What kind of business puts the blame on a customer for their screw up . And then rudely shouts at the customer while other customers are in the store. Definitely will take my business elsewhere

We've purchased good products in the past from this store. Unfortunately, not this time. We bought a sofa bed less than a year ago. Was quite expensive, and within 4 months it started to make creeky noises every time you sat down. Sounded like it was 25 years old. Then Covid hit & we called but couldn't get a repair guy in until about a month ago. They replaced the bed mechanism & it was quiet for about a week, then the very annoying creek is back. Very disappointed!!!!! They've lost a customer & I do not recommend this store. Nice employees but service ruined it.

I had given this store a 5-star rating when I shopped there last summer; however, I have been treated shockingly badly since then . . . after spending over $5000 there. I bought a Whirlpool fridge/stove in November that was badly, I mean, SEVERELY, damaged by their delivery guys during delivery. Multiple witnesses, photos, etc., as they scratched their way up the stairs also breaking a newly-installed blind and scarring all the stairwell walls. (They also put dents into the stove, but that's another story). I called the store for a week, but the sales clerk pretended she was sick, on lunch, absent, well, you get the picture. Finally, the owner agreed to come and look. He tried to get me to agree to a "few dollars off" on doors that looked liked they'd been battered by knives for 5 years. I insisted on replacement doors. I waited 2 months. Nada. I phoned again Friday, when the owner, Rob, said he'd "call me Monday afternoon." No call. And, they still owe me a refund for not picking up an old fridge I pre-paid to have them remove. I won't buy here again, and now it looks like a lawsuit.

Long story short - do not don't buy from here they have poor customer service and sold the couch we said we'd pick up next day. Shop at Bonanza in New Liskeard the same furniture for almost half the price and FREE delivery to North Bay. Long version, extremely disappointed in their customer service. Originally in store were very helpful in assisting us pick a couch. Once we finally decided, got the run around to pay $79.00 for delivery in town not five minutes from the store and pushing extras which we clearly weren't interested in. They tried totsay it was basically V.I.P service since they were bring it in and put legs on it. So instead we arranged to have a friend help us pick it up because they said they had one in stock in the warehouse. One lady said the warehouse was there, they called back said it was in Sudbury so it would be Wednesday (the day now being Friday). Woke up Saturday morning to a message asking us to call them basically to say so we don't have one in stock anymore they went ahead and sold the couch so it will be another 4-6 weeks to order it. Took my business somewhere else - Bonanza New Liskeard.

We have spent alot of money at Ashley.. bedroom set which we are pleased with, and more recently 2 couches which took 8 weeks to get delivered to our home. Got them beginning of August... Opened the recliner today and a board fell out... Missing screws and the ones that were in were stripped... Not impressed... Won't be buying anything from them again....better off at a box store October 07... 3 months falling apart... Not quality in my opinion....

Great experience. I have never had such an easy and relaxed experience purchasing furniture. The price's compared to other furniture store's in the North Bay area was unbeatable. They were able to create exactly what I was looking for and the salesman (Steve) was beyond helpful. I got great customer service from the receptionist and the salesperson. They showed me every feature of each piece of furniture I was looking at, making it easy to decide on the sectional I bought. We bought a bedroom suite back June 3rd of this year. We were told it would be here in two weeks. We were able to bring home the adjustable bed frame, one nightstand and one dresser. The other dresser, nightstand and bed would be here in two weeks. Well now we are Nov 16th, we still do not have the bed....and keep getting the run around about when it will be here. We have been given every date between June 20th till Nov maybe Nov 30th...so if you order something from Ashely Furniture, lesson learned!!! if they say two weeks RUN!!! out of the store go somewhere else...Not Happy is a understatement with this store.

Love this store ! Have purchased many rooms of furniture. The quality is wonderful and has all different styles to choose from Darlene is our sales person and I can’t say enough good about her. She goes above and beyond to help you and stays on top of your orders. I had seen a recliner I loved but it was sold( floor model). A week or so later Darlene called to tell me she searched the other stores and found one for me. She is amazing!!! Love the store the furniture and the staff!!
