‘Fixed’ my saw for $300. Worked for ten minutes afterwards. I called to inquire, they said it was an old saw and I should not expect it to work. Essentially they were saying Stihl products don’t last and they were justified in stealing my money.

I work 5 days a week.from 8 to 5 ..and when you need something for your weed eater ..there closed on sat..How the hell do we get things to fix anything when everyone is closed on sat...Why not close on a monday and open on sat untill noon.

worst costumer service i ever encounter they never called me i always have to call them when i called first time they even couldnt find my tractor that was drop off a mont ago , they didnt call when it was fixed nether , i had to call and find out it was fixed 5 days a go , i guess it was in waranty so they got paid by Johndeere and didnt care when costumer gets it ,,, Got extended waranty from Johndeere and supost to sighn papers guess what its been two weeks a go and no phone call , i am taking this bolshyt higher , not recomended , and me personaly next time i need Johndeere dealer ship i am driving to Sudbury !! If i could i i rate 0 stars

I purchased a weed wacker for around $600. A few days after I complained of no power. They had it for a few days and said there’s nothing wrong with it. I don’t use it that often It’s been about a year and now it barely runs. They absolutely do not stand behind their products. I understand they do not manufacture them but I’m now out $600 and have I purchase another unit I will never deal with these guys again. I completely feel like they sold me a lemon and after the sale was made and paid they didn’t care. I can’t stress enough. Any dealer can sell a product but a good one stands behind it and they don’t.

Buyers beware! Here is a brief recap of the worst purchase experience I've ever had. I ordered a tractor with a couple attachements and a trailer in February and was told my order would be ready in May. My trailer and attachments weren't ready, so I asked that they deliver the tractor and I would pick up the trailer and attachments when they arrived. After several more weeks and many phone calls I finally got my tractor. Everytime I would check on the rest of my order I was told a different story; it was always one week away or one time an attachment would be there, the next time I would call it would not be there. After months of frustration I emailed the owner thinking it may help, in the end it didn't make much of an impact on my purchase. My weekly phone calls had to turn into daily ones to make sure I was not forgotten. When I was told my trailer and attachements were finally ready, I drove 500km to pick them up only to find a different model trailer (a lesser model that is narrower which means I can't put my vehicle on it like I intended to, and has less ground clearence) than I ordered and a brand new box blade with rust spots on it. The paper work was not ready and nothing was loaded either. I feel I was taken advantage of since I was coming from so far away. In the end I love my tractor but I wish I would have purchased it somewhere else.
