I've read all the 'bad' reviews.. We've ordered from this location 3-4 times (new to the area) and have always received hot quality food. It's not gourmet pizza but it's still delicious. Some people just aren't ever happy!

Ordered 2 pizzas first they didn't listen to the address and went to 10 instead of 1 then finally getting the pizzas they're raw and doughy. I called in to explain to them the condition of the pizzas and they just argued with me saying that's how the pizzas are made and if I ordered another it would be the same way. I've ordered from 241 in the past and they've really gone downhill in quality and customer service not happy won't order again

241 is the worst pizza place EVER! We didn't receive the pizza's we ordered. Instead, they were bland, uncut and arrived warm. Called to explain that our order was done incorrectly and we were met with an utter disregard for professionalism. Refused to offer any discount or even acknowledge that our order was not prepared correctly. Let's just say the owner ended the call saying F*#@ YOU MAN and hung up.

"Can't go wrong with a fresh slice of pepperoni. 4stars" ...used to be my review for many years. Sadly quality has taken a nosedive in the last several months. They have become extremely cheap on toppings, especially the cheese sprinkled paper thin. Unacceptable quality and service has turned the best slice in town into the worst. Stay away, or better yet... go inside and either look at the slices or watch them make a pie to see just how little cheese they seem to believe is acceptable to serve. 241 pizza hahaha more like 142. Feb 2021 update - sadly still no change.

I ordered 2 Panzorottis today from them and I would not suggest anyone else ever do the same. I called them about not having any Bacon on my pizza but they are full of it when they say there is. I took some pics to show, the under-cooked mess i got. all my pepperonis mashed up on this big flatbread.

Staff are very disorganized. Donuts do not have enough glaze and the pizza does not have enough topping. The pizza was destroyed when it was being delivered and they refused to replace it free of charge. Online ordering system is a pain to deal with. Why can’t you look at the menu without entering a postal code two times?

Ordered a large pizza took an hour to get here opened it up and half my pizza was raw dough was barely cooked they couldnt even take the time to cut it down the half way mark as we got some veggies on half called and they offered to remake it told me it would be another 45 min wait and told me they could make another because its not busy didnt even offer anything for having to wait an hour and 45 mins for the pizza i should have had the first time ... last time i will ever order from this 241 ... and to boot they now charge you .50 cent to use the debit at the door ontop of the delivery charge and your not informed until the very end of the transaction ... im very sickened by not only 241 but the owner for allowing pizza to leave his establishment like that just right out gross.

Do not order from here unless you want terrible service. I ordered online at 3 pm for delivery at 5pm and it never came. Their reason was that they thought it was a prank online order. Plus I could've ordered the same thing from toppers for $10 cheaper and better quality!

Try’d ordering walk in from out side the building so I don’t need to wait 15 20 minutes in a small space with COVID pay $12 more to order it from the car out side the building then to walk in order and walk out to wait in the car wen they can have 1 person at a time in the building

Horribly disgusting service, can't ever get what you order, topping are always incorrect and anytime you call your dealt with negativity. Don't believe your order is correct when you can see the bottom of the pizza still but owner does not care! Never order again

This place use to be good. Delivery time is horrible and the pizza comes warm or cold. I order pizza there and usually have the hot sauce bottle out. He says people steal them and now I have to pay for it.

The 2 slice combos combined with the walk in specials make this pizza a great deal on any budget. Certainly not the best Pizza in town but has always maintained fast service and delivery and their quality has improved recently.

This pizza shop gets 5 stars not just for the many slices of pizza I had during my days In school in town, but also for their great deals, fast and accurate service and stellar work ethic. This is a great value choice for students in town in a very tough pizza market.

This has been the worst customer service I’ve have had in a long time. Ordered 3 items they don’t help truckers I got stuck for 2 days nearby and was out of my food they didn’t deliver the pizza even I asked them too charge double. I’ll never order from here again!

I’ve been coming here for years seeing that my best friend lived above 241. Very unimpressed by the service recently. Last time I was in, the worker left me at the till to answer the phone and did not ask if it was okay or apologize for the inconvenience. Tonight, I tried to order online and the order would not go through. The shop would not match the online price. They put me on hold twice in one phone call, despite my previous visit showing that customers over the phone are more important. Hoping to have senior or regional management reach out to me as I personally have worked at the regional manager level myself. Absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service here. Would be willing to offer coaching on customer service skills since it’s obvious no one here has been trained properly. Absolutely pathetic that a long term, paying customer has to offer this.

I normally don’t write reviews but this place is not good. I’m from out of town and hungry late night. I order wings, fries & gravy and a salad. My wings are under cooked and soggy, fries and gravely are mushy I have yet to look at my salad because I was saving it for tomorrow. I can’t eat these wings they are so damn nasty! And to top it off I waited over an hour for these simple and small items. I am actually annoyed at this situation I will not be ordering from them again. It’s not that hard to fry wings and make fries and gravy!

If I could give 0 I would. This location has completely gone down the drain. Ordered online twice, last time I had enough sense to call in after 45 minutes, was advised to call the call center as they did not have my order, I ordered online and received a confirmation, why would I call, why not place the order and send me the pizza while I'm on the phone with you? Ordered tonight again waited, 1 and half hours (because it was a snowy night) same Friggin Answer. NO order, despite me having the confirmation email, and call the call center. Unbelievable!

This has been the worst customer service I’ve have had in a long time. Ordered 3 items and only got two. Yes I used DoorDash, but I should have gotten the three items either way. Called the store to see if we can get it, and they wanted to charge me a delivery fee for their mistake. Not cool! On top of that the manager wouldn’t answer my questions and the employee was just as rude! I’ll never order from here again!

The new owners have stepped up the pizza game. It used to be so greasy its nick name is "dirty slice" was the go to place to stuff your drink fa ce at bar rush....I imagine they've lost a ton of business now that the bars are all closed down there. If you have tried the hot apple fritters....do it. So yummy!

Quattro topping xl pizza ugh! No sauce at all, asked for regular. Previously microwaved chicken wings, before they are oven baked.Mmmm, so... nasty. Should visit the Brockville location to see what they should taste like. (Pretty damn good btw.) Never again. Disgusting. Thank God they're reasonable. Can't imagine paying more than 18.99 for an xl pizza here. ????????????

It took well over an hour to get our pizza. When we called to ask about it, they were rude and said it was on its way. It came 20 min after the call. A tip was added to my bill along with a service charge, we gave the delivery man a cash tip. The pizza was luke warm. It should have been free. I won't be ordering from them again.
