I get my flowers, herb and veggies here every year. This year it was a little different as you have to order online and then they will send you and email when your order is ready. Show up within 2 hours and give them your order number and they bring your flowers to your car. Very well organized.

This place is one of my favourites for affordable plants. They boast a large facility with tonnes of options for plants. Outside you can find trees, bushes, and shrubs. To name a few: blueberries and hydrangeas of all different kinds. There are so many varieties of plants that it takes a while to get through. On one side of the garden centre, you'll find an abundance of herbs and plants for creating the perfect garden. There are lots of perennials, ground coverage plants, and some slightly more unique plants such as banana plants (different sizes available). On the other side you'll find annuals in bright colours ready to go. There are additionally some other plants such as succulents, floral arrangements, ferns, and vines available. I love going at different times of the year as they rotate through their stock.

Excellent garden center always full of beautiful potted flowers, shrubs, trees and anything else you would like for your landscaping needs that is greenery and colors. Have been buying my backyard decorations here for the past 5 years and never fail to dissapoint. They even have a point program. A must to check out for yourself.

This garden centre is very nice and supports the bees. They ha e a wide variety of plants to ornamental grasses to succulents and cacti. They have herbs in the late spring and summer. They have very good plant setups and I would recommend this place to any gardener.

Just walking into Sunshine gives one a lift. The place is bright and colorful and the staff are helpful and friendly. Fantastic choice of hanging baskets, herbs and all variety of plants. Another uplifting visit to Sunshines. The Christmas arrangements and decorations are just beautiful.

Amazing range of plants and herbs. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Some issues with debit payment but the issue was resolved quickly. They have a reminder about night time temperatures so you don't forget to cover your pants which is helpful

it was a quick stop. went for pond supplies and I was shocked that all they had was water lettuce and water they had so many plants and trees. Hope to get back but will probably go somewhere that has pond supplies and plants.

Exceptional customer service: variety however some trees, shrubs, and plants extremely overpriced compared to other Garden centers. Can get same above mentioned for less than half price. Although I will not give the names of these other companies due to discretion and confidentiality. Yet quality of all above are georgious @ Sunshine Express Garden.

Very dissapointed in my first experience at Sunshine Express. I asked a sales associate to assure me that the fall decorative plant I chose would thrive in direct sun and would not only fit in the planter I had, but would not be top heavy and cause the planter to fall over in high wind. I showed the sale associate a spec sheet on the planter that it's dimensions. She assured me the plants would be fine. She was wrong. They did not thrive in the direct sun in spite of being watered every day. And the first wind was toppled the planters because of the size of the plants. I took the plants back to Sunshine Express to discuss my dissapointment. I expected that I would be offered a refund or credit note....but I was told that in spite of the sales associates assurances the plants would suit my needs, that was my tough luck for listening to them. Needless to say....I won't be going back.

I have been to all the big garden centres in Niagara Region. This one is the one I have liked the best. They do truly have a good assortment of plants. I have been searching for very specific varieties, and they had a lot of what I was looking for. Very nice, healthy plants in plenty of colors and varieties.

A lot of nice plants but the worst service I have had in a very long time. We are having our front lawn landscaping done this weekend and I had a lot of plants and shrubs to buy. I needed advice about perennials and asked someone who did not have that knowledge. She approached a couple of employees from the perennial department who would not take the time to answer my questions. Instead sent this employee back and forth as a messenger. When that didn't work, I was told that I would have to wait 15 minutes or so for the other employees to unload a truck before I could get assistance. I chose the better option of driving 10 minutes down the road to another garden centre where my questions were answered immediately and spent my hard earned $500 there.

Sunshine Express is great! Although I have only ever had curbside pickups from there, the plants have always high quality (e.g., last year my peppers and lettuce [see photo ]just kept producing!), and the staff are friendly and quick. Can't wait to actually visit in person! Edited post: I've recently gone into sunshine express and it was well ventilated and the staff was wonderful. Also saw a monarch butterfly on one of the plants [see photo].

It really depends on what you want or are looking for but they do have a variety of flowers and vegetables. Organic and inorganic growing medium. Shrubs etc. I'm sure if you asked they could order something for you.

An amazing place! If you are looking for flowers for your garden this is the place! The amount of varities here are mind blown. All the flowers are beautiful and extremely well taken care of. You will find some unique types here that dont really see elsewhere. Lots of hanging baskets as well. So happy I found this gem!

Best selection and very reasonable! I've never been disappointed by any purchase and they offer guarantees on their items too! It was busy but protocols were being followed. Maybe go on a weekday if you want to avoid larger crowds.

Usually a really good place to order/shop, however I placed an order for curbside pickup, and after already planting the flowers (flowers had not opened yet), discovered they are not what I ordered. Called to ask what could be done, and was told nothing could be rectified because they were out of the colour I ordered. I understand that human error is a thing, but I now have 10 plants that are the wrong colour, and nothing can be done about it. Moral of the story - use caution was placing orders online, because apparently their staff can't read colour descriptions.

I just happened to be in the NOTL area and decided to wander into the Sunshine Express to see what they have and maybe pick up some botanicals for my garden - I have a passion for flowers and gardening and am always looking for botanicals that are extraordinary. When I walked through their sliding doors, I thought I had died and went to heaven! I just found my new home away from home! The quality and variety of the botanicals are unparalleled! I never dreamed such a place, so thorough and so high quality in its offering that I am still in awe! To match their breathtaking botanicals, the customer service is the best I have ever encountered at any garden centre - they give friendly advise at the checkout counter, in addition to, a loyalty card - having walked through their sliding doors to behold the sight before had already earned my loyalty! I can't wait to shop here again!

Been buying my plants for summer and winter outdoor planters for years from Sunshine. Love the selection when one can pick and choose your own .... given the circumstances this year it’s not possible. I made two curb side purchases recently and I am very disappointed with my ferns .... broken strands, new growth wiry sticking out. Not full and appealing at all.Will not order online again, will go without this year.

A floral forest of magnificent plants. I could easily have spent my entire months rent in here. Everything looked well watered and taken care of. I was thinking of all kinds of ways to smuggle something back to Vancouver. Not sure how Canadian Border Control would have liked that. A wonderful place to be sure.

OMG!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The quality and sheer variety of their flowers are THE BEST I have ever laid my eyes upon!!! I truly prefer this place to Sheridan Nurseries in the GTA - and that's saying something about the quality! I also prefer this place to the Seaway Garden Nursery not far from this place - read my review and you'll know why. The staff and the customer service at Sunshine Express are absolutely WONDERFUL - even giving friendly advise, at check-out, to make sure I handle them properly!!! I have already been here three times, and shall be back regularly!! They even give out loyalty cards, which is a nice and thoughtful way of showing their gratitude for customer loyalty - mine is already well on its way to being completed! This nursery is such a gem, I plan on shopping here for my botanicals! I actually look forward to completing my loyalty card and starting a new one! Awesome place! Just awesome!

Sunshine Express Garden Centre needs to be acknowledged for their outstanding service in providing a very safe experience for their customers during the COVID pandemic. They are extremely organized. The online order was processed and ready for pick up within minutes. There was a long car line up when I got there but it moved so quickly. An employee was checking the order numbers and directing vehicles to a special pick up location assigned to your specific order, which is brought to your vehicle in no time. I was very impressed to see how organized they were. I would highly recommend their curbside pick up.

Absolutely love your garden centre. Prices are good , staff are always helpful and pleasant. My only disappointment is with my Fraser fir I bought this season. Needles started dropping after just 2 weeks of it being up. Frasers have always been my favorite because they are not only beautiful but last till the new year with little needle drop. Unfortunately can't wait to take it down this year, when normally it stays up till recycle day :((. Very disappointed in whomever your supplier was
