Wonderful place to shop for various Roses . They have lots of variety and very good price range . They have rose bushes, climbing roses, rambling rose and more. Staff is incredibly good and helpful. They explain you everything very well. I was very impressed with them. I will definitely recommend this place if you are rose plant fan and need specific kind of roses. Beside roses they do have other plants as well including cedars at very good price.

So, I’ve decided to plant some roses. I don’t have much gardening experience, and I never grew roses, so when my search for bare roots led me to this company, I reached out to them to understand the seasonality and when I could order some. A lovely lady named Rachel promptly helped me out. As per her input, I placed my orders a few weeks later once the online store opened, and of course, I made a shipping mistake as a novice would not be aware of the importance of the last frost. Once again, Rachel came to the rescue and got out of her way to help me out, ensuring I get my roots when it’s time to plant them based on my hardiness zone. I am so excited about the season ahead and will be shopping for roses here again! Thank you, Rachel and the team.

I have been growing roses for over 35 years, and ordered from every source available - I have never seen such good plants as I got from Palatine this year. Absolutely amazing size of roots - some over 30 inches long - WAY better than the chopped off ones you get in pots from the big distributors. Over the years the roses from Palatine have been the most vigorous and rapidly growing of all. They have greatly expanded their selection, with some choice rare varieties now available. Then you have to talk about their service - absolutely first rate - to the point of chartering a special heated truck to deliver roses to the west coast thousands of miles away...wow. Great communications, rapid response to email. What a great business!!

I bought 10 roses from this farm 3 years ago. Their Roses are very strong and hardy to grow. Now my garden is a rose heaven and my friends are all envious about it. Always get 100% satisfaction with palatine rose. Just found it also available in Canadian tire. So excited!

Absolutely lovely place - I had ordered a rose bush, but they have so much there. Other customers and employees there were a real delight, very friendly place. Mind blowing amount of roses here, I regret shopping for rose bushes anywhere else!

This review is about the customer service at the Palatine and not their roses. I contacted them several weeks ago to place an order for about 20 bare root roses. I was told that I should place the order on their website starting on September 9th at 9:00am. I tried to place my order at 9am but the website was down. Over the next half an hour, I added roses to my basket and every few second, the website would crash and my basket would clear. I was finally able to place my order and get all the roses that I wanted. I got a confirmation that my roses were available and my order was received. I later got a fraud alert from my CC and asked if I authorized Palatine to charge my card for $464 which I said yes. I was then informed that I should ask Palatine to reprocess the payment. I checked the website and all the roses that I ordered was still in stock so I send an email to them to make sure that the payment has gone through. I did not get any response till a day later informing me that they just processed my order and 1/3 of the roses that I ordered were already sold out. No apology and just that I should give them the names of other roses that I may be interested in to replace the ones that were sold out. It is really unfortunate that many rose companies do not recognize how important costumer service is and they go out of business one after another. If you make a mistake, you rectify it instead of arrogantly asked me to send you a replacement list.

We preordered many roses this week, two days after we got the confirmation, we received the email from Palatine Roses, saying one of the roses we preordered was sold out. My question is what the confirmation means to you? I will file a complaint @ Customer Protection Ontario
