This place is great. I've been there a couple of times and it's always a wonderful experience with all of the butterflies in the conservatory. Definitely recommend them. The photo of the Bee is outside so don't worry about being inside with him lol

A free atraccion in Niagara just pay for the parking. Wonderful acres of formal and informal gardens . The butterfly exhibition us not free abd it's about 30 CAD

This garden is so beautiful both winter and in summer. Our close friend proposed here in the garden this winter. Thankfully no one there because of the Pandemic, just the four of us wondering around. Some parts are closed: Butterfly Cafe, Butterfly conservatory, washrooms and the courtyard.

Amazing staff. Our daughter and son had an amazing time. John, Lane and Ryan were fabulously helpful. There's nothing more precious than having your toddler's play gently with butterflies. Wonderful family memory making experience. Today was our third year anniversary of bringing our son to the location for the first time.

The gardens are vast, but many of the flowers were past their prime. I am sure if we had gone earlier in the season it would have been better. Really wanted to go to butterfly conservatory, bit it was closed due to Covid.

Beautiful spot to go for a walk and see some pretty sights. I just had to pay a few dollars for parking(it was the end of the day). It's well maintained and quiet.

Always a pleasure to visit. Come every couple years. You can blast through in 10 minutes or thoroughly enjoy the sights and spend an hour. Great place for kids.

Vast gardens with much variety. Can easily spend several hours wandering the grounds, or just find a pretty spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy the sounds of nature around you.

Absolutely beautiful. The only downside to the whole experience is the limited capacity thing. We kind of rushed it. I would say a visit after the pandemic is over is in order. Bring a high quality camera if you have one. High end phones work well. A SLR with a telephoto lens will let you pick off some really nice shots from one location. I unfortunately didn't bring my SLR and had to make do with my phone.

We were there in November and it is not a perfect time to visit there. However, I think if you are in Niagara falls and you visited that, you should see this place too???? Also you can use benches and tables to have cup of coffee or a snack ???? As my experience, there is one of most beautiful 0laces in Niagara falls ???? If you are there, you can visit butterfly conservatory too????

This place has amazing spots to take pictures. We have always wanted to go and finally got a chance this weekend. Parking payment $3/hour which is a great deal to park there, is a must they patrol the parking and give tickets to those who haven’t paid. The butterfly conservatory is open, admission separately. They also have a horse drawn carriage that takes you around the whole garden and costs $25/person.

Many prepossessing botanical gardens such as Shade garden, Vegetable garden, Herb garden, Rock garden, Rose garden, Parterre garden, and Woodland garden are spread in an about 100 acre area. It, also, encompasses a horticultural college. The gardens, in the proximity of Butterfly Conservatory, are attractive, educative, informative, and exhilarating. Depending upon your interest and availability of time, you can easily spend 2 - 4 hours. Surprisingly, not many people know that Niagara is not only about the incredible falls, but it is also a house of a lots of gardens and other attractions.

Beautiful botanical gardens with rock lined paths that create a great walk. Lots of variety species wise and plenty of colors to catch your attention. There is a fair amount of shade for hot days and benches along the paths as well. Great for families or flower fans or for those looking for something not so overwhelmed with tourists

I visited the butterfly conservatory and it was beautiful . I'm looking forward to going back and walking around outside exploring the gardens on a nice sunny day. The butterfly conservatory has tons of beautiful butterflies of all different sizes and colours in a tropical atmosphere inside with incredible plants and flowers, even seen turtles and koi fish When I was leaving the butterfly conservatory I actually bought a nice Niagara Falls souvenir jacket from their gift shop.

Not interested in going 2 the falls. Go in the opposite direction. This place is very nyce, u can b lost here for hours if u kno where 2 go.

Such a great place for walking, I don't think a lot of people visit Niagara Botanical Gardens when visiting Niagara Falls and it's such a shame. Especially beautiful during fall colors, photos taken at the end of October.

It has a variety of trees and flowers and even some vegetables. The grounds are very well maintained and on a warm day its a real pleasure to take a nice leisurely stroll and unwind along its paths. The gardens are free but you can also visit the Butterfly Conservatory which is also there for a reasonable and worthwhile fee. A good place to enjoy.

Well worth a visit if you are in the Niagara region. The butterfly sanctuary was out of this world and the mature botanical gardens were peaceful, varied and relaxing.
