We hired Clark and his team in the summer of 2016 to have an old deck pulled out and replaced with an arrangement made of stone pavers. We were really impressed from start to finish. Whereas other landscapers didn't seem to care, left us estimates on the back of business cards, or didn't call back at all, Clark and his team responded quickly. Clark was very professional: he took his time to really understand what we needed, he explained the different options we had and ensured we understood, gave us a proposal in writing, all the risks were explained to us. The work was started and completed on time. As work progressed, different issues were identified and options were proposed and clearly explained. When the work was done in 2016, we were really happy with the result. What impressed us even more was Turfworks' response when issues came up during the winter of 2017. Shifting in the soil due to frost made a few pavers crack, and one of the stone steps became loose. Clark responded to us quickly stating the damaged stones would be replaced as soon as Spring came around. They were here on their very first day of operation for the 2017 season and the next day everything was fixed. Turfworks definitely takes its customer service seriously, and I would not hesitate to do business with them again. I highly recommend them.

I am very impressed with Turf Works.I found everything about this company was first class. The staff were very polite and courteous at all times. Turf Works paid attention to the little details and they exceeded my expectations. The quality of the work was excellent as well. What impressed me most of all about this company was the owner Clark. When he showed up to provide an estimate he was well dressed, well groomed, well spoken, and very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, he showed us samples of several different products, he had a computer and printer in his truck, and he gave us a detailed and printed quote on the spot! Called around for companies to do some grading and stump removal, Turf Works called me back and was available quickly to provide a quote and consult. The owner Clark showed up and explained to me the best way to keep water from pooling on the lawn and that we could even leave some trees as they we still very healthy. The crew showed up on time and made quick work of the stumps and grading issues. They left no trace that they had come by and made sure I was happy with the work before they left. The two machine operators were quick and efficient and took to the time to get the job done right. I am extremely happy with the work and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs landscaping done.
