I ordered my seeds about a month ago... I started to get a little worried that I hadn’t received my shipment yet. So, I contacted Eliza from rainbow seeds and she responded very quickly. As they are a small business, they use Canada Post, as we all know they have been backlogged for quite sometime so deliveries are sure to be delayed so the expected dates are out of their control. I got my shipment after a few days later and was so relieved. Sometimes I know people might get frustrated that they don’t have their items right away, but with the pandemic we should know by now that we should expect some delays. This has been my first time ordering from them and with how I was treated as a customer I was really happy. I do recommend them if you are wanting to do some gardening this year.. I'm a vegetable garden fanatic... I grow in the Toronto suburbs every fruit and veg one could imagine. I mainly grow family heirloom seeds and have had some disappointments buying from even the more reputable seed companies. Rainbow may not have the selection of some of the monster seed retailers (yet)... but they have great seeds. The service is a perfect 10 and the quality of the product is as good or better than I've seen anywhere. I will buy form them again.... and I'm not generally easy to please My only recommendation to them... (I hope you're listening) More Italian heirlooms..... Tropea Onions. Mildew resistant basil.... etc.... :)
