If you have not had the pleasure of being in the company of all the staff at Main Jet Motorsports you are missing out. My experiences with this local shop have been nothing short of excellent. I have never been treated so well when I had a mechanical issue with one of my machines. This team is exceptional and went way out of their way to ensure I was up and running again the very next day, even though I dropped off my machine at the days end the day before!! This is unheard of and I have NEVER been so impressed. I felt like I was the most important person at their facility and they went out of their way to be very clear in the communication from the onset. Thank you all!

Absolutely perfect experience with Main Jet. I was travelling through town unexpectedly (my route plan changed) and my motorcycle hit mileage for a mandatory service (first 1,000 km service), and they sqeezed me in, in spite of being fully booked. Super friendly, and smiley. Even offered me birthday cake, from a staff members birthday being celebrated. Service was great. Parts was great. Even the owner thanked me for my patronage. I really enjoyed working with the whole Main Jet Motorsports Inc team they exceted all my wishes, they went above and beyond. I was able to recieve a good deal on my new KTM adventure 1090R plus all the gear and accessories I was looking to include in the whole deal. All employee's were super friendly and always motivated to work on getting a good and fair deal, they listened to all the different wishes and ideas I had. Good service, open honest conversations and because I was there for quite some time until we got all things figured out, they provided dinner for me. Rode past the dealership in Nelson and decided to give these guys a shot. Got my bike in right a way and finished the job in an hour. I got a flat tyre on my DR650 just outside of Nelson. within 2 hours these guys had picked up my bike and had it repaired and i was back on the road. and to top it off i was even shown some great riding roads to take to get back to where i am staying. These turned out to be some of the most spectacular roads i have riden in BC. As a solo foreign traveller and getting stuck in an unfamiliar area. These guys really went above and beyond. excellent Service, Friendly staff, if i could give 6 stars i would. Cheers.

Bought a Stihl pro saw from Aaron, who is so good natured and enthused about what he does we ended up talking about Bob Hannah! We did a little back and forth on getting a 16" bar, good communication throughout. In no time it was PDI'd and ready to go! Highly recommend Main Jet Motorsports for purchasing a snowmobile. I drove from Squamish to Nelson to pick up a new Polaris. My entire experience from first inquiring about the sled, to purchasing, and then pick up the sled was excellent. All of the sales representatives who helped me were extremely helpful. I didn't feel like I was being sales pitched at any point during the experience and their prices were competitive. I will be buying my next sled from Main Jet and recommending them to friends in the Sea to Sky corridor!

Asked them to fix the problem with the stearing and they told me they checked it and everything was ok. After paying I had to show them that the issue is still there. Price for an oil change is $25 more than Kelowna.... Also the customer service wasn't the best. They don't even have a place to put you helmets while you have a 4 hours service.

I bought a 900 ranger off them back in 2017 and they were wonderful to deal with so when I was looking for my new machine they were the first I called. They had my new machine shipped to them from another dealer on a Monday that both the dealers weren’t normally open on just so I could get it for Tuesday so I could use it for work they went above and beyond what most dealers would! I’ll be getting my next side by side off them that’s for sure.

While writing a very good review for Mountain Toys in Cochrane Alberta who i now deal with for upgrading all my Polaris toys, parts and accessories now, i was prompted the opportunity to write more reviews. Being that i used to do business with Mainjet i thought i would take the opportunity to write them a review and thank them for providing me piss poor service which has led my to Mountain Toys. I have introduced several of my friends to Mountain Toys, and although a bit out of the way they are truly remarkable to deal with and not out to just grab cash and stiff you when you need them...

I'm extremely disappointed with Main Jet Motorsports and Honda Canada. I purchased a Honda HHT25S weed eater in July 2017 for $435. It never ran properly since the day it came home with me. It is now November 2021 and it still doesn't run properly. After numerous phone calls, emails and another $215 for repairs that did not fix the problem. I don't have the weed eater as Main Jet has it and can't fix it! So I'm out $750. Main Jet Motorsports general manager said I'll just need to wait till they fix it! As if waiting since 2017 is not long enough. I am totally disgusted with Main Jet and Honda Canada for the way they have treated me! My money is good but the product and service is not. Buyer Beware!!!!! In response to your comment that I did not bring the weed eater back when I first bought it. The reason that I did not bring it back was because " YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT TOLD ME NOT TO BRING IT BACK BECAUSE IT JUST NEEDED TO BE BROKEN IN AND THAT THE PROBLEM WOULD RESOLVE ITSELF" Well it didn't!!! And furthermore I spent $215 on repairs that you recommended that did not fix the problem!

Awesome service from the service department at Mainjet motorsports. They were able to get my bike in last minute to replace the tires before the KTM rally. When I picked up my bike it was washed cleaner than I ever have it, the bill for the labour was considerably less than I expected, very happy with their customer service. I haven't bought a bike from them but but I get treated like I have so in the future I know where I'll be going when I shop for a new KTM.

When a friend of mine came thru the Kootenays with his motorcycle and his battery died just before boarding the Balfouur ferry..he was stranded. Dealer installed accessories stopped working after a few hours of use. Mainjet attempted to come pick up the quad from my house to bring to the shop to fix, however a snowstorm prevented that. Mainjet then sent their technician to my house to fix the issue.

Bought a used dirt bike from this dealer. Great price on the bike but.... Had a fair bit of difficulty trying to get the deal done via email. The salesperson I originally was dealing with was very slow at responding to my inquiries but things greatly improved after a phone call to deal with the sales manager. After negotiating a fair price, I left a deposit on the bike as I needed to drive from Edmonton to Nelson to pick it up. They were quite accommodating to that idea probably because they'd had the bike for some time and were eager to see it gone. I arrived at the dealership at opening on a Tuesday morning having driven the night previous from Edmonton. Unfortunately they couldn't finish the deal because the girl that did the paperwork wouldn't be there until 9:30ish. So I stood around for over an hour waiting. Nice group of guys but I was anxious to get back on the road so I could get home at a reasonable hour. Finally got the deal done and headed back to Edmonton where my main complaint begins. When I left, the co owner of the dealer told me the bike was ready to ride...definitely not the case. Pulled off the seat to reveal an air box that was dirty and an air filter that was desperately needing a clean. That got me wondering if the oil had been changed. Phoned the dealer....and it had not been changed. Anyone who has a high performance four stroke knows that changing the oil and keeping the air filter clean is a major factor in engine performance and life. I'd like to think that a dealership would know this. So now I get to wait 2 weeks for the parts I need to arrive in the mail ( the bike is a Sherco which means I have to order parts because there are no dealers in Edmonton) before I can ride the bike. Not happy with that.

My bike is a Harley, these guys were absolutely fabulous in lending us the tools and equipment we needed to get her on the road. When that didn't work out quite right, they stepped up to test and diagnose what was really wrong, hooked us up with Cranbrook HD and before we knew it, we were on our way to Cranbrook to get her fixed. It was a 10hr day guys but thanks for making it fun, your patience, and for all your help !!
