The tea and coffee drinkS here taste like nothing but hot water. Do you want the coconut chai? Sorry does not taste like coconut. What about the matcha latte? Nope, sorry. It just tastes like hot milk. No flavour and it takes them forever to make the drinks. Not worth it.

Bought a piece of banana bread that looked pretty big in the case. The lady who served me put it in a paper bag to go which I found odd as it was already wrapped in plastic. When I got to my car I opened the bag to a very small piece of banana bread that was nothing like what was displayed in the case. A little disappointing. Won’t be back.

No Hospitality, being disrespectful, rude, even though I told them they were wrong, they not even apologize they are simply quite and rude face. I went there to support local business. girls worst in service. Unexpected experience.

We got boba tea for our group, when we asked about the popping bubbles were we were told they were pearls filled with juice. So we ordered 3 bobas with popping pearls. Only the mango pearls were what was described to us, the other two with lychee from the popping bubbles menu were just lychee flavour coconut jelly. Two of the bobas were sweet like syrup and nearly undrinkable.

I order a mocha and some times it’s a latte. This time it’s half latte and half foam. If this guy was trained to make the drinks, he needs to be retrained. I’m paying for a mocha. So sick of this every single time.

This use to be our favorite place to get cold drinks in town. Did they sell? Over the summer it went from a solid five stars to maybe a two... Everything went so downhill. The cold drinks taste like nothing, some not even that cold... Blended mochas all curdled and odd. Even my beloved raga muffin has been ruened. Everything just tastes sad now.

Absolute disrespect, worst customer service i have ever received. Staff was delusional. Told us to leave multiple times when we had purchased bubble tea, which they said they were out of, even though we received it. They have just lost 4 loyal customers. Used to love coming in for bubble tea, but the new employees are incredibly rude.

The only reason I ever get coffee here is because it's in the mall. Before, I thought their drink kind of sucked. But today I'm pretty sure they put a shot of milk in water and called it a mocha. $15 for 2 hot waters that had milk flavor is what I'm pretty sure I just paid for. Such a waste of money!

They buy Saveonfoods cakes and upsell them by the slice, claiming they're made on site. They're also overpriced and over sweet and their bubble tea is low quality.

Best to buy a garden salad at Save on Food. This employee didn't know the difference between the garden salad and the Caesar salad,the only 2 salads on the menu.
