Called for an estimate for lawn renovation and a fair amount of landscaping in the back....was actually willing to spend several thou over a couple of years. Guess it wasn't super easy money or something because although they came and looked, never got back to me with a quotation, in spite of several requests. If they are this bad about obtaining new business, doesn't bode well for keeping appointments once they've been hired. I may have had a lucky escape.
