Got fooled by these guys. Paid them in advance for service and said they would be back to mow and weed whack the lawn to have it ready for tenants but they never showed up or replied after I paid them in full. Pretended to be trust worthy but didn't honor their word to come back since I didn't want them to mow and weed whack too early prior to tenants moving in. Lesson learned don't pay these guys in full if you expect a job to be done, wait til they finish and inspect the job yourself as they can't be trusted alone.
