Easy place to find. Lots of parking. Beautiful on the outside and the inside. A rustic farm house type vibe. Rooms were very clean and quaint. Breakfast was free and there were lots of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall probably the nicest place in town. Highly recommend anyone spending the night in Moosonee to get a room here!

Amazing accommodations! Very friendly. Clean. Had everything you would want. The only thing missing was a small library of books to be borrowed while visiting. Top rate! I'd love to stay there again!

It's honestly the only place in town. If you have to go to moosonee, stay here. It's clean and the breakfast is descent for a continental breakfast. You can walk to the polar bear express.

Rooms are big a comfortable as are the beds. Very modern and clean. The Moose River Guesthouse is home away from home.

This is my second time staying at the Moose River Guesthouse. It is clean. The continental breakfast has a good selection. The main building was full, so we stayed in the adjacent yellow-coloured home which houses a two bedroom suite with a common kitchen and living area. One of the rooms even featured Haida prints from Bill Reid. Annabelle is the inn keeper (I believe Trudy is still the owner) and she's just absolutely fantastic! Much to my surprise this time around, Annabelle offers an option to order a home cooked Filipino dinner (chicken pancit, spring rolls, and dumplings) --- so no need to feel like Sky Ranch and KFC are the only options in town. Definitely THE place to stay in you need to go to Moosonee.

Cozy. The owner was very nice and flexible with her plans. We got to use the common area even after we had checked out. It was a large house and the breakfast was amazing!

What a beauty right in Moosonee , ive been there 3times now and hope that I will go back again , very friendly people and the Moose river guest house is just gorgeous
