My girlfriend and I went at 5pm Friday 20nov...2 clerks where inside the shop,in 15 minutes nobody welcomed us or asked if we needed help, and they saw we where looking for some info about plants. we really loved our previous experiences with Vertuose,but since a couple of months it has been really difficult for us to maintain fidelity to the shop. Wonderful, quirky, and unique plant store. You walk in and you instantly feel good. It's quiet and peaceful. Everything is beautiful and enchanting. Their plants come in these cute jars, glass spheres, cups with faces on them, very modern and chic. Totally instagram worthy. I've never been in a plant store like this one. It feels like walking into a tiny botanical garden just for you. The staff is also really great. I'm horrible at taking care of plants but they make recommendations based on your lifestyle. Now I just need to take the plunge and buy one!

I'm regretting buying from this store. The plants we bought were all very healthy looking when we bought them. But two weeks in we noticed that all three plants had some pests in them. The Ivy (dead in a month) had spider mites, the Schefflera Arboricola have mealybugs (which I am still struggling to get rid of), and the Calathea had a lot of millipedes eating at the young leaves. Do check thoroughly for these pests before buying, they tend to spread fast!

Le courriel a été redirigé à bgodin, mais une semaine après, soit le 30 avril, je n’avais toujours pas de réponse, j’ai donc rapellé encore une fois, et ils m’ont dit qu’ils n’avaient pas reçu mon courriel (je leur ai donc renvoyé un deuxième courriel même si je trouve peu probable qu’ils n’aillent pas le courriel dans aucun des 3 email) et qu’ils n’avaient pas ma plante en stock, qu’ils allaient pouvoir faire l’échange une fois qu’ils recevaient la plante en question (strelitzia nicolai 6 pouces), ce que jusqu’à ce point, j’étais déjà tannée de la situation mais je restais compréhensive dû la situation en ce moment. Imaginez donc ma surprise lorsque j’ai découvert par l’entremise de leurs stories instagram, qu’ils avaient livré justement une de cette dite plante à quelqu’un le 29 avril, ce qui était apparement leur dernière plante en stock. J’ai donc décidé d’envoyer un message à cette personne pour savoir quand est-ce qu’elle avait placé sa commande, et la personne m’a dit le 21 avril, soit 5 jours après moi, et l’a reçu 6 jours après que je leur ai mit au courant de la situation de ma mauvaise plante. Je commence à trouver le temps long maintenant, à quatre jours de faire un mois que j’ai placée ma commande et de savoir que j’aurais pu l’avoir il y a deux semaines déjà. Je comprends à 100% que tous les magasins ont un surplus de demande en ce moment, mais mon seul problème a été avec eux et j’ai passé énormément de commandes en ligne ces derniers temps. Tant qu’à moi, c’est juste une très mauvaise gestion de leur part.

I had an amazing experience with vertuose . I was supposed to get a plant delivered to my house but something happened with the delivery and I never received the plant. I called them and they quickly offered me a full refund because of what happened. I still wanted the plant so they gave it to me, upgraded the pot I got, and refunded me the delivery cost because I came to pick it up the second time around. The woman running the store was extremely nice and made sure I had a good experience! The plant was super cute and in good condition as well.

Ordered online a plant from them and there was a mistake in the price they charged us and the price that was written on the website. We sent an email asking them to refund us what was overcharged. No answer. Went to the store to pick-up our plant and they told us they were busy with mother's day so that we had to resend our email. We sent the email again. Still no answer up to this day. I ordered a Ficus Lyrata from them (10 inch tree). There was a lot of damage on the older leaves including two leaves that were half ripped off.... they weren't found in the packaging so it must've happened before it was wrapped up. There was a small pile of fertilizer on top of the earth which I thought was strange. The newest leaves have Edemas on them. The only plus side is that it hasn't dropped any leaves and I've had it since December 29th. I contacted them to ask what happened to this poor plant on the 30th and see if I should give it any special care, or remove some of the fertilizer and still haven't received a response. The plants at Home Depot have less damage than this... edited to add the call I had with the store January 5th (I called) when I explained the damage to the plant however answered just kept saying not to over water the plant
