The staff is very knowledgeable and ready to help but the only upsetting about this place is the parking when it's busy it's really tough to find a spot because places are limited. There prices aren't the cheapest, but the quality is worth it. I would prefer if they had more bilingual staff most of their staff speak only french.( I'm bilingual, so had no problem finding help)

Couldn't find a map, but I didn't look hard. Very nice place to walk around. The parking lot is one lane so please listen to the attendant. Now that I have an idea of what they have I can go back when needed.

Paid over 600$ off trees in a year, went repeatedly to buy pots and flower arrangements and the one time I had an issue with a tree I paid 80$ for, they refused to do anything about it, the management is super rude and walk away from you even when you talk nicely with them repeating that there's nothing they will do without an original receipt and also the tag from the tree. I've always thought highly of this place but my views have completely turned around. There's a large lack of respect for customers.
