I buy feed there to feed the large herd of white tail deer that camp out behind my house in the harshest time of winter. They always have the feed in stock and the staff is friendly. Store is nice and clean. They also allow dogs as long as they are on a leash. My dog loves it because they always give her attention and have treats at the counter.

Have all the seeds I need to feed my back yard feathered friends. I can pull up to the front door, walk 25 steps inside, make my purchase and leave in 5 minutes or less. Try doing that at a big box store !! Friendly knowledgeable staff.

Is there a way to give 0/5 stars cause that would be my rating. I am DONE with Shur Gain. I'd rather drive to Sussex than deal with them again. I am tired of being treated like dirt whenever I go there. The terrible service started from the time I picked up my baby chicks and continues to be terrible and today was the final straw. In the summer of 2016 I received a call stating my chick delivery was delayed and I could pick them up the following day. My family and I came in the following day as SHUR GAIN requested...only to be treated with disrespect by the cashier stating the chicks should have been picked up yesterday. I ignored her because my kids were with me. It wasn't until we returned home to an ignorant message stating the chicks would be sold to someone else. I called and spoke to the lady that was ignorant and she hung up on me!!! Nice service!!! I've given several chances and today was the final straw. That woman needs serious customer service training. Maybe she'd be better suited to work with animals because she certainly shouldn't be working with the public!!!

Love feed and needs for my bird feed. Staff are friendly, will carry large bags to your car. Very clean, lots of cool summer things for your deck. Metal flowers etc.
