Very knowledgable on what products to offer, the staff are friendly. They are also honest, I planned on paying for 4 30$ smart pots but they knew those pots were too big so they got me the right sizes for cheaper, about 4 for 5$ each. That showed true honesty and integrity. I paid less than 500$ for just about everything I needed, which was less than I expected to pay as I was ready to pay 500 something. 10/5 will go again especially for nutrients. They really care about their customers.

i ordered a week and a half ago got one product jeff is great the women is ignorant i was looking to buy 15 bags and trays she started to help then someone came in and she walked away without comment maybe its because i didnt parlez vous le francais but terrible customer service from her jeff your ok and i think she has something going on with remo cause thats all that comes out of her mouth

Friendly and helpful staff. Large selection of nutrients. Prices are comparable to other hydro shops. I almost exclusively shop there for my hydro needs. If they sold predator insects then they would have everything I need.

I went in looking for a hood kit for my CFL light, they did not have 1 in stock, when I asked how long it would take for them to get q they said about a week, at that point I said I will just order 1 online myself the employee snickered and said ok with attitude. I believe going to places like this are for convenience of not waiting, and being able to see your products before you buy them? Instead I get told that they don't have what I need and attitude with it...
