Went in to buy an item and found the last one which happened to be 30% off. However, when at the cash, the item was scanned and the discounted price was not what came up. The cashier, who was extremely friendly, was shown the sale sticker on the rack. After looking at it closer, the sale end date which was in tiny little letters, stated that the sale was done two days ago. Without hesitation, she honoured the discount. I found what I needed and got the sale price indicated.

Check in the flyer a GFCI receptical 60% off and just visit Killam drive outlet they say we sold out check at Elmwood drive, I went there they also sold out and say go to Dieppe they have eight in stock and when I reached there I was shocked they say it's shows in our stock but we don't have any. I think the flyer is a big scam or new trick to attract the customer.

He sent me in one direction, and he left to talk to another employee. They watched me walk down the aisles where he sent me. I finally found the blades in another section of the store alone. I have been going there for years and I have always received excellent customer service which reminds me of what you'd receive in a small village. I like that they employ teenagers as well and I've received very good service from anyone I've encountered. The prices are reasonable and they'll find the product you're looking for if you ask them.

Very disorganized place worse home hardware in the greater Moncton, you order something they tell you they will get it by the next Friday and 3 weeks later they call you the customer to pick up they sales at times in the flyer you get there and they never get that item for the customer to buy.

The store opens at 9am as advertised on dthe website and also according to tge sign at the front door. I waited outside for 20 minutes outside. The store was still locked at 9:20am. So I left...

Home Hardware in Dieppe and on Elmwood we're great in helping us replace a basement door. They explained in detail what we needed to measure to get the hardware in the right places and explained the difference between prehung and slab. I had no knowledge of this kind of stuff. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
