Roman and his team just finished a stone patio extension and a wooden landing in our backyard...They were very efficient in timing on when the work was done and finished and did an excellent job. Roman checked in continually to make sure it is what we wanted. Klara and Roman were very nice to deal with.

We hired Roman's company in 2014 to do a big project in our backyard. We are extremely satisfied with their job. There was a mistake in the calculation of the value, but Roman found it before they proceeded, and alerted us to it. The project was quite big, and the team worked very well. They worked on our backyard for 2 weeks non-stop. I am planning to hire them again to do a small project now.

Roman did our driveway, walkway, and flower bed retaining walls 20 years ago so he was our choice to do the pool surround and side area last week. Excellent job as expected. Crew was hard working and pleasant. My wife and I are delighted with the outcome, again.

BCH completed a beautiful project on our front walkway and steps. It was no easy feat because of the restriction of space and challenging layout. Roman and his crew did a wonderful job, completely transforming the front of our house, which has upped our curb appeal and property value. We now have a much more spacious and functional front walkway, steps, landing and retaining wall. Roman and his wife Klara gladly answered our questions at every step of the process. We would highly recommend BCH!

We initially dealt with Roman and his wife at BCH a couple years ago and they did a great job. We called them back early in the spring to have them do some more work on the side of the house. In April they gave us an estimate of 141 sq. feet for about $4500 and they would do the work in June. We recommended them to our neighbours who decided to have to start with a small job on their side of the house as well. We emailed Roman’s wife Clara about a referral discount and she responded in email saying we would get a 5% discount and we were satisfied with that. June and went and BCH didn’t come until end of July. Roman came out and marked out the area we discussed in April. What he FAILED to mention was that they area he marked out was bigger than we initially asked for and after the work was all Roman came into our house with a total of 195sq. feet and said that job cost almost $7000. My wife and I almost fell on the floor when he said $7000. We agreed on $4500 and after the job is completed the price jumped so much. We asked why and he said that he re-measured the finished work and it was bigger than the original estimate in square footage. He charges for what he does, was his explanation. On top of that he said that our neighbours job was too small so they will not honour the 5% discount. Roman is completely dishonest and we felt this was an entire bait and switch on his behalf. What is also disheartening is that after we showed him the email from Clara about us getting a 5% discount, he said no because the neighbours job is ‘too small’. I would caution anyone considering BCH that they may quote you one price but afterword’s give you a significantly higher price.

Don’t waste your time looking for other landscapers! This company is the very best! There were some serious issues with my home because of the previous owner. The front and back had to be completely regraded and new stones had to be laid. Roman and his team were right on target with reliability, courtesy, expertise, and cost. The attention to detail was incredible and it turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. Now, my neighbours want to get their landscaping done by Roman and his team as well. I moved into my new home two years ago. Previous owners had left a lot of garbage, wood and stone behind... very costly for me to dispose of. They had several apple trees which were very pretty but they caused a lot of debris when Apple fell. My two pups were to blame for the grass missing from the lawn, overall it was a very big mess. I called Bch Landscaping and they are more than happy to help. Roman was able to start the job soon after the assessment. I could easily tell he was experienced and very knowledgable. He was extremely professional and pleasant. The work was done in an organized manner. In 3 days my lawn was extraordinarily beautiful. Money well spent!! Don’t cut corners, (been there, and it wasn’t pretty) get a professional!

We got a quote for a backyard landscaping project with BCH Landscaping over 10 years ago and for various reasons never went ahead with the project. Last year we decided we were ready to proceed and thought we'd see if BCH was still around. We discovered that not only were they still in business, but they still had all the records of our 10-year old quote and they remembered us. Clearly this is a professional, solid business with good record keeping and quality customer service. They updated our quote last fall with plans to start the project this spring. When COVID hit and they had to shut down, they kept us informed on what was happening, and the moment they were allowed to start working, the project began. Roman and his team were extremely professional on the job. On time every day, courteous and respectful of the neighbours, and always tidied up the job site at the end of each day. Roman kept us involved in key decisions along the way, noting when there would be a price impact to any changes in the plan. We are thrilled with the outcome and are now enjoying our backyard again, and we believe we've added value beyond the cost of this project to our property. We have no hesitation in recommending BCH Landscaping to anyone.

Roman and his team built a patio, vegetable garden and sidewalks for us about 8 years ago. They did an excellent job and their work has been very durable over the years. This year, we asked them to come back and build a long retaining wall and a border along one of the flower plots. Once again they have done a great job. We are especially impressed by how meticulous they are in making sure that every stone fits just right.
