The small rubber belt holding the air filter on my 1025 broke. Its worth about $10 and it is a well known defect on these tractors. My tractor is one year old and has warranty for 3 more years.... When I was at the dealer yesterday, I asked about the process to get a replacement...I was told I had to bring the tractor to the dealer for them to see it (not the broken belt...the whole tractor). They asked if I wanted to order a new belt at my cost. My response was no. When people ask why I have bungee cords holding my $30,000 lawn tractor together, I will explain why...once Green Diamond gets your money, customer satisfaction is no longer relevant. Ill buy a kubota next time....

Called to inquire about financing and got a smart response from sales agent. I then asked about lawn tractors, he stated only have one s120 @ $2750 plus tax. I asked if they priced matched he said NO. I stated Home Depot had same model for $2590 plus tax, he said go buy it there, so I did and will never recommend or buy anything from these ignorant donkeys.

A bit outside town, but a good location for their inventory. Prices can be a bit steep (dealer of course), but they always seem to be able to find what you are looking for. Good selection of John Deere toys inside too if thats your thing.

The sales department was extremely disorganized. It appears one of the sales team ( NOT Robin or Andrew) is putting his name on trade-ins so no one else can purchase them, yet leaving the listings active on the website. We've been trying to purchase a tractor for weeks that is currently sitting on the lot, not paid for, but has the sales reps name on it. He's on vacation.

I bought a lawn mower from a nice man named Andrew. I went back today 3 months later to look at snowmobiles. Andrew was with another customer but he said hello to us and called me by my name. I couldn't believe he remembered my name after 3 months. It's funny because it made me feel important and now I will shop there all the time. Also, the gentleman (Robin) in the office beside Andrew, made sure we were taken care of and was very genuine and kind. I just felt it was a good place! -Dave

Had nothing but good things to say about these guys till recently. They were my go to place from when they sold hunting supplies and for chainsaw/clearing saw parts and oil. I bought a used tractor from the Truro branch that had an outstanding recall on it, yet wasn't done while in their possession. Not this locations fault but took it to Moncton to get it taken care of. I have 2 other tractors and do all my maintenance myself but was told this had to be done by dealer so I brought it in. When I dropped it off, the friendly technician who checked it in asked how I liked my new tractor and if I had any issues with it. I mentioned I liked it but that previous owner must have drove it with parking brake on cause it wasn't working and that I never had a chance to look at it. He offered since he would have to drive it in to do the warranty work that he would take a peek at it and call me before doing any work. He called and said it would require at least 2-3 hours of work since it wasnt simply the adjuster. I declined the work and was shocked when I went to pick it up that his glancing at it meant I had to pay their 1 hour minimum charge. I said I brought it in for the recall only but he offered to look at it while doing the work otherwise I would of declined. Best service department was willing to do is take 20$ off leaving me to pay almost 100$ to get my tractor released. I reluctantly payed it but needless to say that these guys permanently lost my business from now on.
