Great shop for everything hydroponics...complete stock from A-Z, I need go nowhere else. Friendly service and very knowledgeable staff. I’ve learned so much as a first time grower, my garden is exceptional. I would recommend this establishment for anyone learning, to the most experienced. And just as important, the prices are just right. Kudos Garden 365.

Always love going here.. the owner and his wife are pretty gnarly people.. they are always quick with help and have pretty good prices and supply of stock.. Good place to get all your growing needs taken care of...

We were scared to approach because there were people outside just casually talking like they were on break so we watched from our car and waited until they dispersed. We walk in (no visible signs about capacity) it was raining really hard and this man greets us very rudely, he mercilessly tells me to stand outside because of covid while my boyfriend stands inside. There was a ridiculously small limit of one person? While there were 3-4 people behind the counter, no one wearing masks and they weren't spaced out at all!!!! Like I said people were just casually talking a minute ago, I just felt like it was an unecessary precaution. So my boyfriend who has never grown anything went in to check it out for the first time and the guy tells him rudely and coldly there's no online ordering or any sort of browsing material you just have to know what you are getting and ask him directly. My boyfriend is obviously not going to do this and turns to leave which is when the associate finally decided to try to be nice and sell him something. I had trouble googling this place. Doesn't seem legit and I think you need to practice better customer service please and thank you.

Awesome customer service nice welcoming staff also very knowledgeable they took there time to answer my questions taught me a lot in the past they have plenty passion in there bussiness with a great line of products from commercial to beginners with reasonable prices. I would recommend them any day of the week very dependable store for your needs . Great job guys keep the good work up i will definitely be a returning customer.

Went in with the intent to purchase a grow light and was told they didn't have a catalogue or anyway to see product like that an would just have to know what I wanted. Terrible service. Rude. Wouldn't let my wife in either. Specifically said no she must leave. Even though was actually the primary shopper. Definitely lost my buisness that day.

This is where it's at if you want the best in quality nutrients that are made in Canada... They offer the best in hydroponics equipment all for a really good price and friendly service... Since covid they like many places have been hit with supply issues such as delays in recieving like almost every other buisiness in town... Despite this they kept me well informed on upcoming products and helped me get the best in products for my specific needs... I would recommend this place to anyone especially in simcoe/muskoka area... None of the other places in simcoe compare with their stock instore... Shop local support local they're great people with outstanding excellent service...
