I have had to use a yard maintenance service for the first time. I am so glad that I called Pepper’s Pro Grass Services. They were here to give me an estimate within two days of me making the initial call and had a team here to take care of my yard the day after my approval of the estimate. The gentlemen did an amazing job! I look forward to a continued relationship with this company. I highly recommend them.

I hated this company. They forgot me three separate times. They destroyed my sprinklers. Charged me anyways. Did not come back to do anything to help me I fired them..they showed up the next day and did work on my lawn without my permission AFTER I fired them. When I called upset. They did not care and billed me for that as well anyway. When I told them why i was upset., they did not care, were snotty, and obviously I was last priority. Even tho I pay ahead or just after service and in person, and always ALWAYS on time! Even the unfair and not done work I was billed for! I worked for Craig and Larry when this company was Greenthumb still..for two summers. I can say that they would NEVER conduct thier business this way! I know, I wouldve been fired for such laziness! Since the new owners have taken over, they are lazy,uncaring, bill you for thier damages plus they do not repair, charge you for crap they never did! And do absolutely nothing if you try to complain. Well enjoy my review. I hope no one comes back to your company. Word of mouth means alot here. Maybe you should have cared over the entire eight months that I tried to fix this and you just kept billing me for work you never did! You are thieves, you have lazy workers, and I tell everyone that asks me NOT to go to you. I tried to communicate then, and you did not care. I could have taken you to court, but you already know that no one wants to lose a small piece of thier soul fighting the good fight over a couple hundred bucks..so i guess you win. But if you think i will let you rectify this situation by triing to communicate with me NOW..forget it! Im going to smack down your crappy company for the rest of your time here! You THINK you won.. but you cant make me ever shut up about your crappy service! Hahaha!

This company is not trustworthy - don't do business with them. One of their workers in their truck ran into our vehicle causing about $2000 damage. We have called numerous time to settle the claim but the owners refuse to respond or do the right thing. This absolutely reflects on their character as a business showing they CANNOT be trusted. Again look for other companies - I personally use Green Thumb and they are awesome - most importantly trustworthy.
