I had this company on my property to cut down one large poplar tree. The job was complete when I was at work and I paid cash when I got home. After I paid, I was then told me that there was damage to my fence and some concrete pavers from the tree removal - rhe damage was minimal and I stated that it was okay. After speaking to my neighbors a couple of day later I was informed that they dropped some large branches on my neighbors roof, one of their chainsaw operators fell out of the tree almost hitting the ground being caught by his fall arrest at the last second and I was informed of some additional damage to my property - a section of gutters on my house had been hit by the falling tree and crushed and my newly stained deck had large chunks of wood gouged out from the tree landing on my deck. I contacted the owner of the company to request a reimbursement for the damage done to my property. I was then blown off for 4 months when the owner kept saying that he was "coming by to take a look at the damage". He asked me to contact one of his climbing sub contractors and try request payment for the damage from them.. Do yourself a favor and hire another arborist.
