I think the last thing anybody wants to do is get outside at 5am during a blizzard to make sure their driveway is clear. But in the little over a year I've been using Cleanr snow for my home and my business I've never had to worry about it! Cleanr goes above and beyond what I pay for to make sure I'm 100% satisfied. And I cannot stress the next part enough... ***A clean street*** Living on a corner lot means there's a lot of space to just blow sand and debris off the property for the city to clean eventually. Had different quotes for my frontyard landscaping and Cleanr Mow's was definitely the best bang for my bucks. Where others just offered plain, boring sod for the same price, Cleanr Mow's offered some landscaping design to go with it. It wasn't too fancy but my wife and I think our house looked much more beautiful and inviting to families, friends, and guests after they did the work. Heck, I would even go as far sa saying my frontyard arguably is the best-looking across our neighborhood! Also appreciated the quick turnaround while others were promising late fall or early winter. Great team at Cleanr! I use their services year round! Office staff are pleasant and get back to you in a good amount of time. The turnaround time for estimates is quick. The crews that come out to the houses are clean, polite and do a great job, even coming back to redo it until the client is satisfied. In the winter, I provide the office with a map sketch of my property showing what areas to clear. After the first snow, I can adjust the map to better work with my property, and send in a revised map if needed. I like the way Kristian keeps in touch with clients through email so you know what is going on with the weather and when they are expecting to head out to start clearing. Wow I've just got to say the Cleanr Property Maintenance are amazing. We had them come out last year to resod a portion of our back yard. After having multiple companys give us very high quotes. The Cleanr ppl worked within our budget and then went beyond with the quality of work they did. We were super happy. This year some of the sod didnt take. So I e-mailed they asking for advise on how I could fix it. Kristian came out right away and said he would fix it free of charge! I can't say enough great things about this company. As we have a yard with both a paved parking pad and a garage on a back lane we had no where to put the winters worth of snow that accumulated. As well as the snow on the roof started to melt it was creating a large puddle close to the foundation with no place to go. We contacted Cleanr to get a quote to remove this mess and were visited by Kristian and were quoted a reasonable price and surprisingly a date to get the job done the next day. We are very impressed with work as they even shoveled the snow away from the side of the garage and the fence in order to get it all. A really great job well done. We now know who to if we get the same thing next year.

They confirmed the appointment for June 1, however didn’t show up. Been almost 2 weeks, and still no call. Disappointed as I stayed home the entire day to make sure I didn’t miss them. Time to call a different company. ***June 17/2020 after our initial review, the owner of the company left a voicemail on our home phone asking for us to call him directly. I spoke with him today and he professionally explained where there was a breakdown in communication. I accept his explanation, and have changed my review to 4 stars. I do fully believe that the owner was not at fault for the missed appointment, and I will consider calling them for a quote next year. I appreciated the quick, honest and professional response.

Just had them out on Friday to do a Basic Power Rake, the hustle of the crew was definitely impressive and I could not believe how much thatch/debris etc they pulled up from the lawn. We have only lived at this house for a couple years and it appears the lawn has suffered from decades of neglect so hopefully they can inject some life back into it. I have them scheduled to come back to aerate and weed & feed 4 times this summer so we will see what they can do. So far I am very impressed with this company, they are very responsive with questions over email as well.
