On s’était entendu sur un prix verbal et il est arrivé avec une facture 2.5 fois plus cher que mentionné après avoir exécuté les travaux et sans ajouts ou modifications de notre part. Il a fait ça avec ma voisine aussi et j’ai plusieurs amis qui ont eu un mauvais service de déneigement. Brise le terrassement, lampadaire, mur de garage etc. Bref, assurez vous d’avoir des contrats très clairs et bien détaillés afin d’éviter les surprises ou des frais cachés.
