There's not a lot of snow this winter and yet they fail to come two times when we had a snowfall. I called to complain at 10 at night because they haven't passed during the day. The guy gave me the excuse that because of the snow falling they had a delay and will only pass during the night. I thought it was the purpose of hiring a snow removal company was to not be stuck shoveling snow when it was snowing. I did not care for the guy's attitude trying to talk is way out. So I strongly suggest to not deal with this company.
