I wanted to buy a specialty high quality garden fountain that was available only in the United States. Mega Centre was great in ordering it from Pennsylvania and installing it, all the way off island Montreal no less. Other Garden Centers flatly turned down the order as being too complicated. Hats off to Mega Centre Montreal and their employees.

The Owner Angela is very nice. The employees knows their products well which are by the way well priced. Now the reasons of my 3 stars review is that I bought 2 trees and one of it died only 2 months after I got it. I planted it well and followed all the advice I was given.

Can't think of a worst experience. Purchased two batches of pave that did not match, the owner (Joe) said he'll replace one batch, after waiting 1 month he never changed it instead giving me empty promises. Completely unacceptable. Save yourself a headache, find a better more reliable distributor.

Parking during peak time is chaos. Great selection but higher priced than the other suppliers.... Perhaps overhead justifies it...but then I hear their employees don't get paid on a timely manner. Apparently they are too busy & overwhelmed=disorganized. You would figure after 3 generations they would have got the hang of it.

His truck was not going down the alley. He decided to leave the gravel on the corner of the alley, partly over a portion of a neighboring lot with weed. So I had to carry the gravel home to the wheelbarrow and not use some of the gravel because it was impossible to separate the gravel from the weed at the end. For the rest, the products were of quality. (Original) Je me suis fait livré de la gravel 3/4 , de la poudre de roche et des dalles. La livraison était prévue pour midi. Le livreur me rejoint à 11h pour me dire qu’il est arrivé. Je n’étais pas là. Il ne m’avait pas averti. Son camion ne passait pas dans la ruelle. Il a décidé de laisser la gravel sur le coin de la ruelle, en partie par-dessus une partie d’un terrain voisin avec de la mauvaise herbe. J’ai donc dû transporter le gravier jusqu’à chez moi à la brouette et ne pas utiliser une partie du gravier parce qu’il était impossible de séparer le gravier de la mauvaise herbe à la fin. Pour le reste, les produits étaient de qualité.
