We stay with our useless wood unfortunately. Quelle était notre surprise, le bois qu'on a achèté était pas sec et personne dans l'établissement nous en a pas averti. Le pire de tout a été le service après la vente. Les vendeurs vraiment pas intéressés à nous aider, même impolis. Sur l'internet le gouvernement averti de se reinseigner avant d'achèter du bois car on peut tomber dans les pièges des certains vendeurs qui n'informent pas le client, le cas de Botanix. On reste avec notre bois inutile malheureusement.

Pleasant experience shopping at Botanix Faucher. Every staff with whom I interacted was friendly, helpful, some quite knowledgeable. One instance, I called to ask if a specific plant was available and Angèle not only went on to check for this but offered to check for others and reserve them for me.
