I received a quote to fill my pond and to build a patio in its place. The quote was around $5000. I had to wait about a month for the consultation which was for June 10. I was so looking forward to it as I am envisioning my new space. The day of I received a message saying they were too busy and now they are booking into August. No explanation, no rescheduling of the appt I realize these companies are busy but I just think this so unprofessional.
