Unfortunately they purchased gravel from my company last year for a job in Kitchener and I have not been able reach Adam the owner to rectify the outstanding balance and he does not return my numerous telephone calls. I am not sure how people like this stay in business, make sure it is C.O.D if you sell them any thing!

I actually can’t believe it’s come to posting a poor review on Google. But here we are. After almost 2 years post completion, our backyard landscaping is still waiting on fixes. Essentially, Eden’s crew is great but the owner lacks professionalism & business acumen. We ended up paying more than we had budgeted, they changed the design & didn’t deliver on some of the agreed upon elements & when materials weren’t readily available we paid for upgrades which have resulted in product failure. Completely unacceptable for the cost! I cannot believe someone who conducts business like this is still around. We researched quite extensively before we committed & I only saw positive comments. So much time has been wasted chasing this company. People have shown up to complete fixes & nothing has been touched. It’s been beyond a disappointment.

I hired EGW in 2015 to update our backyard/pool from an out dated space to a modern, low maintenance/high style complete transformation. They nailed it with creative ideas, respected our budget but also recommended we stretch a little bit in certain areas to really get the "WOW" we were looking for!

Extremely frustrating. This is how we would summarize our experience with Eden Gardenworks. The project started out well but soon issues began to creep up. That is when the communication problems started. Despite paying all the invoices on time, many of our attempts at communicating with Adam went unanswered. We sent many e-mails, visited his office in person multiple times and yet, after three years, the project remained unfinished. We finally sent a registered letter to terminate the contract so we could move on and finish the project ourselves. On top of all this, the last invoice given to us by Adam included trees that had never been planted and the amount we owed him, according to the invoice, was incorrect. When we brought the amount owing to his attention, there was no response. We would never recommend this company to anyone.

Hired Adam to create extensive relandscaping plan of large property. Required to pay front for a design...part way through creating design Adam just stopped communicating about the design never mind starting the project. After receiving upfront payment he never returned any calls or responded to any emails.

This past year our small local business, New Wave Design has had the opportunity to work alongside Eden Gardenworks producing renderings of their designs. This experience has been nothing short of enjoyable. Adam is incredibly talented, professional, and personable. The time and effort that he puts into each project is quite admirable and motivating. Highly recommend Eden Gardenworks! My husband and I were new homeowners, we had just renovated an older house and we knew that landscaping would make all the difference! We reached out to Adam from Eden Gardenworks for some help. Adam quickly came over to check out the property and understand what we were looking for. He was very responsive and delivered two great plans, both within our budget and with lots of detail! We wanted something clean, modern and very LOW maintenance and that is exactly what we got! We get so many compliments on our front yard and cannot wait to do the backyard with Adam next summer!
