What is awesome about this company is that they are a family, harvesting their own seeds and living off grid. I have bought several kinds of seeds from these people... in the past few years... Such a great company! I signed up for an alert for a restock and only had to wait a few days before it came back in stock. I decided to get a ton of edible and bee-friendly flowers as well, and they have such a great selection. And my order came with a sweet little note! Would definitely recommend, you get a lot of seeds for the price and it's nice to support a Canadian company ????

I just received my parcel and, excited as I was to open it and look at all the seeds I ordered, I wasn't prepared for the little personalized thank you note included with my invoice.It just made my day even better! All the packages are clearly labeled and have instructions on how to properly start seedlings. I can't wait to see everything grow!

Just have to say my order did not arrive....But the good news is Hil Muelle responded quickly this past weekend. I discovered that the shipment may have gone to the wrong address. They advised they would refill the order to my amazement. This is great service considering the mistake was perhaps at my end! I realized that their drop down menu pre fills as you start typing your address. Just be careful to chose the right one! My last shipment likely arrived at the wrong address in Barrie, Hopefully who ever receives it will be a new gardener......and a repeat customer. Thank You Incredible Seed Co.... J

The turn-around time on out of stock items is amazing, the shipping is fast and everything is well packaged. When everyone had a big shortage of seeds and were giving false delivery promises, the Incredible Seed Company treated my order within 24 hours, gave me a tracking code and the seed arrived on time. Compare to big company, I had a handwritten thank you on my invoice with a little hearth! This can sound funny to some, but it gave me the certitude that I was ordering from a real local company instead of a giant (like amazon). Will order there for all my future seed needs! Thank you!

Very disappointed with the seeds we received. Every package had 1/3 or less seeds than what the packaging said. The green onions package said approximately 250 seeds, i counted mine and there were 54 seeds in the package. Would never order from them again. Update: it has been now three weeks since we planted the seeds from bunch of different vegetables and the success rate for germination has been terrible. Do not recommend this company!

I ordered ten pecan seeds last fall. I went through the cold stratification process and waited, July came and no sign of germination be so I contacted the company. They told me to wait so I did finally after a year of waiting, I am giving up.
