We hired Edmonds to complete a spring clean-up. We also ordered annual baskets from them. The transformation following the spring clean-up was remarkable, and I really appreciated how hiring Edmonds left me with more time to enjoy my property! They're friendly and professional. highly recommend.

Edmonds has been looking after my property for at least six years. They provide a comprehensive service for the yard, including garden maintenance, tree management (trimming and thinning as necessary, and repair as needed during our windy / stormy seasons), and lawn management. It is easy to get in touch with my contact at the office either by email or phone, and they are responsive to my questions.

Everyone should boycott this company! I went for an interview and was told the only reason they would not hire me was because I have a prescription for cannabis. After explaining my medication was only for use on my private time after work hours have ended I was told it was just there preference not to hire individuals who use cannabis, legal or not. Awful company, awful respect shown for other people and there medical needs. Just a truly awful company that should be boycotted and feel truly ashamed.

Last night December 18th coming off the mckay bridge I hit a pot hole and my tire came completely off. I managed to pull over and call CAA in Highfield park Irving. Before I could arrange help an awesome driver in an Edmond truck pulled over and asked if I needed a hand. He didn't hesitate to get out in the rain and snow and change my tire for me!! I didn't get his name ( so disappointed ) but I called and spoke to the friendly Sarah in the office this morning and she guessed it was Rob Dearman!!! Just wanted to shout him out for being so kind and helpful. You guys are so lucky to have such a wonderful guy work for you!!! Makes your company look really awesome to have such caring employees.

I have had the real pleasure of using Edmonds Landscape Services for close to 5 years. The only reason that I am not going to use them in the future is that I am moving to an apartment. If not for that, I would continue to use them for as long as I lived in my house. Their service is impeccable and the staff, from both the office and the ground crews, are consistently committed to doing an always excellent job. They are so dependable that it shouts “SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER”. They definitely are the best in the city of Halifax.

Mark and his team were exceptionally professional and took pride in their work. They completed a stone patio surrounding my rock garden and did an excellent job. They treated my yard as if it was their own; so respectful and cleaned up everything. They always made sure they were doing what I wanted and even worked in heavy rain to get the job done. They made sure everything was used and added a beautiful design with the left over pavers. I would highly recommend Edmonds hands down. They are reliable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would like to congratulate Edmonds on the great job they completed at my home. There were challenges in excavation and getting equipment into my backyard and they came through for me. The crew that worked on my property including the subcontracted excavation crew should be as proud of their work as I am happy. I would use them again and probably will for a spring project, I recommend this company, professional from office staff to boots on the ground.

We decided to consider a brick paver driveway instead of lawn in front of our older downtown Halifax home. I was nervous about this because I liked the traditional look of our property with the lawn, but the reality was we needed this additional parking space. Mark, from Edmonds Landscape Services was extremely patient with me as I considered every possible angle for creating this space. He had excellent ideas, and created a design that maintained the traditional appearance of my home. He showed me many examples of similar work Edmonds has done, and did not rush me at all as I pondered examples of brick paver stones, and possible designs. When I had made up my mind, Edmonds completed the work very efficiently, within two or three days. Mark managed this work himself; he was always onsite which allowed me to get answers to any questions as the work proceeded. My family and I are very happy with the result and we highly recommend Edmonds Landscape Services.

Called Edmonds 3 times for a quote on Landscaping work. The front office is very nice and told me each time I would get a call back the next day to make arrangements. No call back. The third time the lady mentioned the minimum landscaping costs was $500 and the actual visit for a quote would be a little over a week away. I confirmed it was a big project with likely spin off work in future years. Again I was told someone would call the next day to confirm. No call. Called another company, they came on time the next day for a quote and started the $5000 project early the next week. They were reliable, professional and easy to work with. Edmonds was a complete waste of time. If you don't have 5 minutes to do a call back - have the professionalism to say so and don't waste people's time. I would never do business with them nor recommend them. Addendum - For greater clarity contrary to the business' response there were never any phone calls from Edmonds to me and no appointment date was ever set. Clearly their record keeping is also lacking.
