Jay and his team did a brilliant job in transforming our back garden. We are made up with it. The team are hard working, highly skilled, punctual, polite, tidy and knew what we wanted from a back garden and delivered better than what we could of imagined. All this for a fair price too. We will be using the lads again for a driveway. Highly reccomend.

Would 100% recommend Jay Tony and Chris They arrived on time and worked tirelessly every day to get the job done .The end result being a really lovely garden we love it. They fitted double sided fencing , laid pale grey porcelain paving , and an artificial lawn bordered by raised flowers beds also fronted by same porcelain tiles with LED lighting . Jay, Tony and Chris transformed our garden in just 4 days. They laid porcelain tiles and new turf as well as re-using some of our old paving to create 2 areas ready for a new shed and hopefully a summerhouse. We are very happy with it and can't wait for spring so we can start to use it properly. They were here early everyday and worked until it went too dark to work any longer. Jay gave us some really good advice so that we got what we wanted - nothing was too much trouble and the quality of workmanship is excellent. I would highly recommend Jay and his team without hesitation....and if we need any more work doing would definitely use Barlow Landscaping again..

Jay and the team did a fabulous job replacing decking with a lovely patio area, wall and steps. Jay gave very good advice on the materials to use and fitted a slide attached to the wall, which my son was excited about. The lads are very nice and cleared up afterwards.

We have just had Jay and his team completely renovate our back garden and I have to say that their standard of work was impeccable, and I couldn’t fault their workmanship, cleanliness and attention to detail. For the 4 days they were here, they worked solidly through all weathers, even under a gazebo at one point to try and keep dry. They worked very hard and, within the first day, the back garden was levelled and all the old flags etc were taken away. Days 2, 3 & 4 were all about flagging, turfing and decking and all were done to a very high standard. Another point to make, is that they had to go through the garage and utility room, with flags, sand/cement etc and they put down tarpaulin every day and cleaned up every night before they left. They also brushed up and hosed down the front, once all the sand and cement had been taken through to the back. Once the job was completed and they’d left, we barely knew they had been here and you can’t say that about many builders/workmen. Jay came and quoted for the work a couple of months previous to us having the work done and had remembered pretty much everything we’d discussed. We had a patio of Indian stone laid, some new composite decking fitted and an artificial lawn laid and the quote was very competitive and we couldn't be happier with the finished result. We employed Barlow's by chance, after seeing some positive reviews on line and I am so pleased we chose him and cannot recommend highly enough.

We invited a number of contractors to price for the landscaping of the garden to include 100 meter stone path, summer house base, seating area and patio,and Barton Paving was by far the cheapest. Given the difference in prices you would expect this to be a standard just enough contractor but Barton Paving are far from that. they have an excellent work ethic and customer services policy as well as work exceptionally hard. Both Jay and his brother were very professional, even the neighbours commented on their work ethic and good manners. After showing them the finished garden one neighbour even had Barton Paving back to completely landscape their garden. We also invited Barton Paving back for some more work on the garden. We have since given his name and details to others who are considering work on their gardens. I would have no hesitation in recommending Barton Paving to anyone.

We have just had jay and his team do our front drive and rear garden their. Workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. I have never seen anyone work so hard and quickly. Within the first day both areas were cleared which involved removing an old deck and lifting concrete slabs. Despite some fairly horrendous weather Jay had laid 2 patios in grey Indian stone, a front drive and turf. In addition he replaced fence posts and built a wall. All this was done in 3 days. So in a total of 4 days our garden and drive were transformed. once completed each day they cleared up after themselves and left every where spotless. In addition Jay complete several small tasks that cropped up but stuck to his original very competitive price. We employed Barlows after a recommendation from 2 friends who he had worked for. I really am so pleased we chose him and cannot recommend him highly enough. In fairness he can be a little tricky to pin down to a time but this is a small quirk and it is worth persevering with to get him to do your job.

If you're looking to have your drive done or any landscaping work then look no further than these guys. Having already done the vast majority of the driveways in our road we had them come and do ours and they were not only very reasonably priced but worked incredibly hard to ensure we had a top notch finished product. Even though I changed some of my original ideas at short notice nothing was too much trouble for them and they chipped in with some great ideas themselves even when they knew it would create more work for them. The work they did was at such a high standard and at a very reasonable price that I recommended them to my in-laws and they subsequently did their driveway too. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody!

Jay and his team have just completed a patio in Porcelain Ultra Wood for us. From start to finish they worked tirelessly and professionally Lee was a star and a real perfectionist, who can make paving fit round anything, and shape it in curves to follow the existing garden. They worked so well as a team, were very polite and friendly and it was lovely to hear them laughing together. .I would say that this is one of the best jobs we have ever had done and the result is a most beautiful patio, which we are thrilled with.. I recently asked Barlow Landscapers to quote to completely redesign my garden to include artificial turf, two patios, raised borders and plants. their quote was £1500 cheaper than anyone else and they promised to do it in two days where everyone else quoted between three and seven days. we were a bit nervous until we read the reviews and decided to take a chance. the guys arrived on the day we agreed , on time, and the first thing that impressed us was their work ethic, they never stopped all day. the second day they completed the garden on time as promised and i have to admit, the quality of their workmanship was top class, we are really impressed by how good the garden now looks. I would have no hesitation in recommending Barlow landscaping, don't be put off by how cheap the quote they give you is, all I can say is they do what they say and with the money we are saving, I have asked them to quote me for block paving the drive which again is hundreds of pounds cheaper than anyone else.
