Company is focused on continual growth of its workers through training and conferences as well as seeking to grow in the industry. Owners and managers are very approachable and responsive to staff and customers and often pitch in to help whenever needed. Company is very supportive when time is needed off due to emergency or planned vacation time.

Due to weather getting what I had wanted done was difficult this year but when they finally showed up it was later in the afternoon my front lawn is only half done with dead leaves still under some brushes and rocks ect in the "lawn". My first experience years ago was better.

Lawn & Snow Bros Inc. aerated our lawns, did a spring clean-up and are now mowing weekly. This is our first time hiring out the care of our backyard as it was my husband's pride and joy to do it. Circumstances made it necessary to hire help. The staff have done such an amazing job! I emailed once with a concern and the following day someone came to listen to what I had to say. This company truly cares for its customers. I recommend them highly and will sign us up for snow removal this winter. Did not receive emails or calls for estimate in timely manner ( 1-2 weeks +). Lawnmowing that was eventually completed was subpar. Not all trimming completed. Still charged full price for the service. Not included in the owner's response are the numerous calls I also made to the office. As it is a rental property and I live in Calgary, I requested again and again that they visit the property to see what they could do to help the lawn along before resale. This company is interested in booking business first, customer service later.

Lawn and Snow Bros were quick to respond to my request for landscaping and after a visit to my house I received an estimate and a time for the work to start. They came when they said they would and alerted me the day before. Staff were easy to work with and have done an excellent job removing grass and bringing in new soil and grass and resetting the sprinklers. They were especially careful planting trees that they picked up for me at the nursery. My wife and I are very pleased with the work that has been completed. Excellent and efficient service for our spring lawn clean up! The office was quick to respond and get us booked when we called and our lawn has never looked better after some aeration and dethatching. If my husband didn't love mowing so much I'd have them come and do all our yard work. Really fairly priced! We had a small issue where our fence latch accidentally came off during one of the services and were super impressed that Lawn and Snow Bros responded right away and sent someone to come repair it. The gentleman that came to do the repair went above and beyond to help us and we are so appreciative. Great team and great customer service!

The Lawn and Snow Bros have been providing excellent lawn maintenance and snow removal services to our new home in West Lethbridge for almost 12 months. Just recently Jerred and his team transformed of our bare, empty, clay gumbo backyard into a garden oasis. We are simply thrilled and delighted with the results. Jerred worked closely with us to translate our vision into reality. He turned our ideas & requirements into a visual layout/drawing which together we tweaked over the course of a couple of months. Along the way he offered his expert recommendations and professional opinion which was invaluable to finalizing the plan. Then, once the spring rains ended (in late June), Jerred and his guys got their shovels in the ground. Over the course of 2 weeks, the magic unfolded and we now have an oasis that is even more amazing and beautiful than we'd ever dreamed of. And the best part - we've made friends with a very special group of guys. We highly recommend Jerred & Nicole at Lawn and Snow Bros for their collaborative, professional approach and their extremely hardworking and dedicated staff. We hired Lawn & Snow Bros to install a new gate at our house. We had contacted many other places in the city, but most wouldn't even get back to us. Jerred came to our place within a few days and gave us an estimate and told us the timeframe for installation. When the day came, the team was very professional and did a fantastic job. Now we have the best gate on the street and they even adjusted the pull tab for our kid to use. The gate came in less than it would have cost me to do it myself, and it looks way better. Very happy with the service and we'll definitely contact them again for any lawn care needs.

We had a weed control treatment and fertilizer treatment applied in late July. I wanted to wait till I could see the results before reviewing. Lawn and Snow Bros were great to work with right from the start. Their online booking system was efficient and easy to use. They arrived at the prearranged time and gave clear instructions for how to follow up after a treatment. We followed their recommendations and one month later we have a weed free lawn that looks great (especially considering the very dry conditions). I will definitely use their service again. They are a very professional operation.

The condo's that I live in have hire Lawn & Snow Bros to take care of our lawn needs. Not only do they do a great job but there is no mess or fuss. The staff working them has been really polite. We had some sod put down in a few spots and they took the extra time to mow those sections with a small push mower instead of the big riding mower so there would be no chance of killing the new sod.

They were not very easy to work with. They never let us know when someone was coming by for an assessment, then we got a surprise invoice that they had assessed the problem. We called to ask what they did but they had very little details and we were charged for an hour of work even though we had no idea what they did They didn't want to tell us how long the assessment took or what was done. While asking for details on the assessment invoice they told us to find a different company to do the repair because apparently answering a basic question was too much of a hassle. Oh well. There are other companies that want our business.

Pretty average service. Showed up when expected, didn't crush any of my garden plants which was a big plus for me. They could have been tidier with the grass clippings on the walkways. I was pleased that they didn't charge full price if the lawn just needed edging. I suppose I had higher hopes for the restoration of my lawn than anyone could provide so have ended the season somewhat disappointed. I also inquired about their landscaping services which was noted but not pursued. They could have had more work on my property but didn't seem interested.

About a year and half ago, my wife and I bought a brand new house in north Lethbridge and moved to the city. The beautiful new house rested in a sea of mud. I became exasperated trying to connect with the recommended landscaper for over two weeks. I would have had an easier time trying to shove a developer through the eye of a needle than connect with this particular outfit. My wife probed the internet and suggested we try Lawn and Snow Brothers--she had a good feeling about these guys. She was right, as usual. I met with Jerred immediately, a plan was in place, and our front yard was beautifully landscaped. This spring, I immediately contacted Jerred again to plan the landscaping of the backyard. His crew of young, skilled, and courteous workers diligently executed the exact plan I had for the property. The patio and walkway tiling, sodding, rock work, and fencing beautifully enhanced the appearance and use of my property. After the year I have lived through, it is great to know that skilled workmanship and professionalism still exists.

We just had our lawn sprayed for weed control and Lawn and Snow Bros did a fantastic job. The quote was detailed and the process was easy! Very reasonable cost for the amount of lawn we have! I definitely recommend using Lawn and Snow Bros.

Today, I received email confirmation that they had come and sprayed my lawn around 6:15 am. The email indicated that they had left a door hanger (listing important info) and a lawn sign. When I checked the lawn shortly after 7am, there was nothing - not even the smell of chemical spray. I later responded to the email confirmation asking if they had actually been here as there was nothing left behind. They emailed a response saying to look again as the lawn signs are little. They may be little but I'm certainly not blind as there was NOTHING there. I did see a sprayed sign on the lawn two doors down which wasn't there the night before. I called them back and asked again for confirmation. I was told I would get a phone call back once they talked to the tech. I got an email a little later saying they were waiting on word from the tech. A little while later, their truck pulled up to our house. I went out to meet them. When I asked the customary "How are you today?" then tech quickly said he was looking forward to being done his day - it wasn't even 11am! I then asked if they had been to our house and he said yes. I asked why he didn't leave a sign or door hanger, he just shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know. He then said that they would spray the lawn for a second time. I asked if he had sprayed the small weed patch off to the side of the house. He said he hadn't even though I specifically asked for that to be done when I contacted the office for the estimate. Within two minutes, they were done and off on their way. This was a very frustrating experience and I'm glad that I was home at the time to actually deal with it otherwise I wouldn't even be sure the work had been done. The staff definitely need to be held more accountable and ensure they are following their protocols/instructions. Will consider going with a different company next time I need yard services done. Update - Was just emailed by their office staff addressing this issue. I appreciate this follow up. Just wish it hadn't been such a frustrating and difficult experience.
