The rooms are very outdated, it was extremely hot inside of the room. The air conditioning doesn’t work and the open window didn’t help much. Not soundproof at all, you wake up when your neighbours flush their toilet. Very inconvenient pillows, the duvet was making static fireworks. The location is great, a breakfast is delicious for 2 would cost you around $50. A pizza in their restaurant is fabulous.

Bike rentals and mini golf included in resort fee. Was impressed with the attention taken to follow COVID restrictions, and the professionalism of all the staff. Felt safe and cared for throughout our stay. Will definitely be back.

The rooms was nice and clean. When we requested additional coffee and towels housekeeping was very quick to bring it over. The front desk was really helpful with info about the parking and moraine lake at sunrise. A bit of a wait for both the restaurants but there's not that many options in Lake Louise.

We had a wonderful stay at lake louise inn. The staff is friendly and welcoming and accommodated us with whatever we needed for our stay. We booked a condo with a kitchenette. All appliances and cutlery was in great condition. Washrooms, bedroom, tv, furniture was all cleaned and recently renovated. The pool and hot bath was relaxing after a long day of drive and the restaurant had good food available. The only suggestion would be to book directly from the hotel’s website to enjoy complementary couple breakfast.
