We are so disappointed and actually really sad. We had an appointment made over a month ago for this weekend and after waiting to hear back after several texts and emails., we finally got a hold of Eden only to find out they are no longer doing any work for the Fall. We get life happens and things come up, but we had an appointment. If we didn’t call to confirm , we would have waited all day and no one would have shown up. For a company that got 5 star ratings, this is really disappointing. All it takes is a courtesy call to let us know that they no longer want or need our business so we could then look for another company. Our puppy will now have to wait some more.

Eden Environmental did a large overhaul of our backyard including removing all existing sod, releveling an existing stone patio, extensive tree planting and re-sodding. We are extremely pleased with the finished product. While I will say there was an issue with a miscommunication early on in the booking process, the finished result made up for it. I would not hesitate to use them again. Jake, Great and their team were easy to work with and made any adjustments that we asked.

Eden Environmental did a fantastic job for us! We can’t say enough about their excellent service and their attention to detail. We were not familiar with the landscaping process when we set out to have our landscaping done. They spent a lot of time with us explaining the process and getting our vision just right. We now have a beautiful backward and garden beds that we are proud to show off to our friends and family. This is by far the best experience we have had with any contractor we have dealt with.
