They will lay you off at any moment based on their needs careful if you apply, they pretend like they care about you but they only care for profit . I was a new employee, suffered an accident out of work , one morning out of the blue they send me a email saying my contract would be terminated the next day . Very classy company

My husband accepted a position with Strathmore. They did not tell him that it was a contract during the initial hiring process. They requested a copy of his health card. they sent a contract saying they could dismiss within two weeks. They used him for heavy labour, terminated him and did not pay in full.They deducted uniform costs when the uniform was returned to them.
