My go to store for projects at home. Getting some pieces precut is very helpful for large sheets. The guys who work the saw department are always helpful, and good at their work. I take a star off as i have had to search for staff in some of the other departments at times. Would still recommend this store as they helped me out on numerous occassions.

When you need assistance, good luck. If you find an associate he/she probably does not work in the department you're in. And as for prices, this Reno will not give you the lowest advertised one. If the item scans higher than the ticket price, that is what you pay. Not only no consideration for the customer but managerial staff actually argumentative.

I had brought a green spreader online and when I recieved product it was broken.I went to return it and they were very rude.They had call for a lady name ruth to help them out, I thought they were trained on how to return something online without a bill and with the order number. She was very very rude and hostile, told me to go back to the store were I brought it and why would I buy something,I didnt know how to use, uneducated.I called the reno depot in NDG and they told me to ask for manager and dont understand why they are acting like that.They recieves returns all the time from different stores.This is the worst return experience, I ever had.NDG has better customer service.

This store does not care about their customers AT ALL! Tried to order a gazebo online and despite saying there was stock, it would not let me. Called the store and confirmed they had one in stock. Drove 40 min to the store to place my order for delivery the following week. Walked with the customer service girl to find the box and she put a vendu sticker on it with my order number. Took a day off the following week to accept delivery when i get a call at noon saying they don't have the item i ordered. Obviously i was furious. They ordered a new gazebo from their DC and i i was told by the manager he would call me on 3 separate occasions to confirm the inventory and delivery. Obviously no.calls were received and no inventory available. Avoid this store at all costs

The best place to go for renovation supplies. Low everyday prices and great customer service, although some specialty services (like plexiglass tailoring) they're not so good at. I was pleased to see online orders and curbside pickup as an option on their website. I ordered online as lines to get in store have been crazy this spring as everyone wants to garden and do home improvements now. It took 8 days for them to process my simple order. I finally got an email that it was ready, only to see that all my gardening items were cancelled and was left with one (non gardening) item on my order. Seriously this is terrible service. I should have been notified a week ago if they couldn't complete my order. I've been waiting for over a week for nothing. Ridiculous. Don't offer services that you can't provide.

Trust me when I tell you that if you have no patience at all then choose whether or not to visit this hardware store in Lasalle and at what time to do so. I found what I was looking for when I went in there but the navigation of that store is like the roads in Quebec. There prices are reasonable . It's pretty average for a reno depot. Went to ask an employee if i could get plexiglass cut and he was very rude and said "we don't cut that here, you can go and ask but he'll say no so don't go" I went anyway just to ask and the employee that does the cutting said sure no problem. As well as some employees don't know where things are or just say "we don't have it" only to find the specific item later on. Place is clean but most of the items i went looking for weren't even sold there. I'd find another reno in my opinion, i just go there because it's close to my house.

I’ve always been happy with this Reno-Depot in the past. Sadly, this review needs to reflect the current state of affairs. I encountered two staff walking with their nose out and mask hanging around or below their mouths. Touch and handing items to clients. When I asked the employees to tuck their nose into the mask, I was ignored and shrugged off.

Within the last 3 years Ive spent over 40,000/k in renovations... and the service have dropped drastically.... i visited the store yesterday 22-Apr... i arrived at 5:50pm, took up what i needed... approached the counter to cut the piece of board.... i was told at 6:05pm that Sylvian was on 15-mins break.....and should be back in 10-mins. I proceed to buy some paint got that and went back about 6:20pm Sylvian, was told once again he on 15-mins break.... i reminded the clerk that i was told this at 6:05pm and he is still on another 15-mins break? i proceed to the front counter they pager Sylvian about 4times..... he never came to the cutting area or returned the calls.... i stood there looking at the back of the store.... seeing a 2 guys talking and then 1 guy got on the forklift the other stood there. Suddenly Sylvian walked down after they paged him once more.... only to realize that Sylvian was 1 off the guy in the back of the store talking and they paged him so many times he ignored the paging. its now 6:55pm 3 staff members stood there while I told Sylvian he was all the time standing and never took the time to report to his position and service the customer, he tried to tell me he was serving another customer, i explained i saw that customer just walked in the store about 10-mins... i left very upset..... went to NDG got everything i needed with 20-mins i was out and on my way home...... Lasalle Reno Depot have only gotten worst over the years rude employees or very very bad service.... you speak to manager or supervisors and no improvments.

Competitive prices aren't worth the lack of service! Avoid at all costs unless you are picking up small items in store. Placed an order May 5th for decking materials. Was told earliest delivery would be May 21st. Delivery was incomplete, driver had no idea. Went to store to pick up missing items. Was told to go get them from the aisles. No service in store, multiple calls from materials department with no response. Customer service is non-existent! Fighting to get a credit for undelivered materials (5x sheets of PT plywood omitted from order). They've basically stolen from me (charged for the items & delivery but did not deliver) Can't say it enough. AVOID THIS STORE.

Huge store with a varied selection of products to numerous to detail here. Staff is helpful,most are knowledgeable. My 1 complaint would be, at times check out personal are few while at other times well you can take your pic. That said I am positive if managers paid attention to store traffic data this could be addressed to maximize efficiency for their clients and costs for them. If you have hardware, housewares or require construction materials you will most likely find what you need.

Curbside pickup: email said they would call when it was ready, they didn't. Took them half an hour to bring it to the car, they almost dropped it (and laughed about it), then took off as soon as I'd signed the receipt without saying anything else. They were supposed to put the items in the back of the car, not leave them in the shopping cart and take off without saying anything. They also never mentioned something being out of stock and promised I'd been refunded (still waiting on that). Shop somewhere else!

Avoid if you can. This place is a joke. Bought paint a couple of months ago on a 2/1 special. Paint expert told me to buy 1 coloured and the other white and that I would be able to get it coloured at a later time. When back today and asked to get it coloured paint expert said its not possible cause it's white, I needed to get base colour. He told me to go to customer service to get reimbursed and come back to buy the new one. Go to customer service tell them about the issue and she wanted to reimburse me. Then I told her that she will reimburse me based on 2/1 price but when I buy I'll have to pay full price. Some supervisor come in... lovely Cynthia : sarcasm: She tell me to go back to the paint counter to get the base paint. I told her that this is what I wanted to do but he sent me as customer service counter. She tells me to go there and bring the can here... I point to counter island tell her it's only 20 ft away and that she should go. The answer:" if it only 20 ft for me it's 20ft for you. What the difference." Well Cynthia, the difference is I am paying and you are getting paid... So go and get the exchange done. She goes comes back and tells me that she need to reimburse and recharge. Seriously?!?! Just avoid, don't go there and don't deal with these useless ppl. Home Depot is not far and they have much better service. Even Canadian tire is better...

We showed up to purchase a simple melamine panel which needed a couple of SIMPLE cuts. We waited behind one other couple that had been waiting for what seemed to be over twenty five minutes for their pieces to be cut as well. We were ignored for over 40 minutes by staff in the cutting room, only to have them pass someone who had come 20 minutes AFTER us. We ended up leaving and heading to Home Depot instead. A little bit further out of the way, but well worth it compared to the awful service from Reno Depot. Won't be going there anymore.

I try to avoid coming to this store and location as much as humanly possible, however, the few times that I must, CONSISTENTLY, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME, there are NEVER any sales associates on the floor, no matter what time of the day or day of the week!! To rectify, I am told I have to go to the Customer Service desk to have an associate paged (how is that good customer service--to be told to wait in a customer service line to get service?!?!), but there's only 1 overworked-to-death employee at the counter, who has a massive lineup ahead of them, their phone is ringing off the hook, employees are getting their attention them to give product/take away products, it's a disastrous, disorganized, overwhelming ZOO! When I finally do get an overworked associate, they are exhausted, very rude and sarcastic and out of patience. I ALWAYS leave here in a bad mood and ridiculed. Clearly there is a staffing issue at this store and head office needs to sort it out, it is purely out of management's control. ..

Decent store lots of selection. Service is hit or miss. Web site needs work...can't filter for items that are in stock. I was looking for a patio umbrella and had to look at each item to find out if there was any stock. Just show me what is in stock or allow me to filter.
