Brian was respectful of the appointment time. He guided me through the process of applying for a permit to fell my apple tree. He spoke with the city inspector to speed the process as well as ensured that my house and property would be safe until he was able to get a crew by cutting tree branches that were close to the electrical wire and my house. WORST COMPANY EVER !!! . They make an appointment ( twice ) and don’t show and then when you text them and ask them why you waited for an hour for nothing they say they will call you back and never do. Then when you text them asking them to set up something else no reply . And of course the girl who makes the appointments needs to buy a calendar She says we will come Tuesday morning then sends the confirmation for Thursday ( obviously a language issue ) I cant rate their ability but I can rate their customer service ZERO STARS !!! They should change their website to say Arborist and excuse makers DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THEM
