Could give 0 stars if i could. Man posts postings on Kijiji for people to work for him and then never pays for the labour. I posted an ad on Kijiji and several different people came forward with also being scamed by this man. He makes about $10,000-$20,000 a month on snow removal and doesnt pay anyone for their work. Complete scam artist and charges out off the butt to customers. Gets angry when confronted also 400 Strasburg road is lower income housing.

In response to your long winded completely unprofessional response - You are angry and are blatantly lying, and twisting my words, in all aspects of your response. This makes you look terrible. I clearly had a different experience than many of your other reviewers, however, it is a valid one and one I could not resolve no matter how many times I spoke to management over the past couple of years. ---------------------------- LANDLORDS BEWARE! Only used their services for snow removal. Winter of 2016/2017 was the worst service I received. When I tried to communicate this to the staff in a cordial manner, I only received excuses and even lip service at times. My tenants were often left with incredibly poorly shoveled driveway and steps. At times I was called in to shovel AND salt myself AFTER they had left - I was crawling around doing this as it was nearly impossible to walk on it. Other times the tenants just went and removed the snow themselves. The most dangerous point was when the driveway turned to a sheet of wavy ice, approx 10+ cm high in places due uneven and poor snow removal.

I've use Barrhaven nurse landscaping for two winters. The service was excellent both times: absolutely no worries; my driveway was cleared promptly and thoroughly each time it snowed.

Horrible snow removal service and equally horrific customer service. My driveway was never fully cleared of snow, they would come once in the middle of a snowfall and then never follow up to remove the rest of the snow once the snow stopped. I had many inches of snow build-up. When I contacted them I was told that I had to salt and that's why there was half a foot of snow left on my driveway and sidewalk. Single mom of 2 and I wasted $250 for 2 snow shovels over a month period and ended up having to shovel myself anyways. I implore you not to waste your money. Take a look at the response to this review - that's the level of customer service and communication you can expect.

I want to use this opportunity to say a very big thank you to all the crew members of this company. From the customer service rep to the technician, they were all helpful every step of the way. I contacted them about 10 pm one night when I heard strange noises in my attic. Someone was there to pick my call. He was helpful, and he scheduled an appointment for the following day. It turned out that a skunk was residing there. But that wasn't an issue as the technician quickly got to work and successfully evicted the animal. You guys are simply the best!

Just saw these guys spew all the snow from a corner property onto the road. I politely said that I'd appreciate it if they put it on the property instead of the road. Crickets. They couldn't see where else it could go. I mentioned that the lawn seemed like a pretty good place, as that's where the rest of us do it. No answer. There's a lot of snow on the road. So if you want to get a by-law ticket because of the work these guys did for you, then I guess hire them. We have a lot of Winter cyclists in our neighbourhood so I'll be mentioning this little event to my neighbours. Since you asked....Site: 63 Blucher. A 30-something guy and two women (one quite young, one a bit less young to my eye). 3 snowblowers. Unmarked pickup truck.

I would not recommend nurse landscaping after the poor service and quality we received after hiring them to do a full backyard cleanup. They were quick to respond initially to get the job started and came immediately to start the job and that’s where it was left off. We hired them to do a massive yard cleanup at the beginning of August and it is now the middle of October and we are not even half finished the job that we initially agreed on. They say they are coming back on a certain day and never show up. This happens repeatedly. They have lots of excuses including the weather and Covid some of which are understandable due to the circumstances but when you consistently give times and dates of when they will be returning and not even a message or phone call to say they aren’t coming that’s pretty pathetic. I wait at home for them to show up to do the work and have wasted many days waiting on them. Winter will soon be here and I fear the job will not be completed even though I paid half of the job already. All they keep telling me is to be patient. Well it’s been over 2 months and they’ve been here twice and not even for the whole day. All I can do at this point is warn others of their shotty service and stay clear of Nurse Landscaping and do yourself a favour and hire someone else.

Very Unprofessional & Poor Service !! Worst decision to choose Nurse Landscaping for my Lawn work. I have dealt with Gary and have rude unprofessional messages from him in response to my nice messages just asking him updates on the work completion date. Which company replies "Stop Bothering me .. I don't work for you alone .. " I still replied nicely and professionally and have complete record of those messages. I am not sure what is wrong with service at their end. The initial talks when they wanted the project work of my lawn were too promising and nice !! But once the complete payment was made, and the job had to be done, I have had just frustrations dealing with Gary for his RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL behavior .. As a good gesture, I did put his company board on my lawn for marketing but feel like cheated dealing with them. My Lawn is full of Weed, Reseeding and Fertilizer didn't help (just a small portion where grass grew nice but has lots of weed or I am not sure if it was completed professionally. I have posted just one picture of my front lawn.. Back area is worse.. I have much more to say about the poor service and experience but don't feel like wasting more time on this. If anyone is planning for any work, please don't hesitate to get in touch and have a look at my home in Cambridge. ======================= Well the first thing he did was abusing after seeing review on the phone .. I don’t want to comment more on his lies and would just say .. be scared of God at least before you lie !! I have all the messages saved in my phone for our communication that clears who is lying !!

Had a skunk living under our shed last year, I researched on how to remove the skunk and found these guys. The guy that came was courteous and very skilled. He was very informative and did a excellent job. What he did was dig the ground and secured the entire shed with a metal screen to keep animals out and it works!!! Very thrilled that we haven't encountered a skunk since!!

He came back within a couple days, dug up all the roots, laid down topsoil, weed control, fertilizer and fresh new sod. He texted me pics of each stage along the way. The price was very reasonable. Very bad experience. They charged me for a quote (!!!), gave me an estimate and said they were able to do the project. When I asked them to go ahead they said they start in July. Don't believe the pretend reviews that claim Nurse landscaping is professional business. They took my money and didn't finish what they said they were going to do. My backyard is a disaster.. I don't understand how Nurse landscaping has reviews that note how well of a job they performed when they took my money and ran. Started the job promptly (to clear our backyard and put it back together). We paid them initially $900 and they cut the weeds and trimmed bushes and agreed to cut some trees for another $500 which they also didn't finish. Promised many times to come back. Only came back once in August after my neighbor complained because they left debris from my yard on theirs. We asked that they give us $450 dollars back. they never responded. They did do some work. They did ignore us. Stay away from Nurse Landscaping.

These reviews seem a little unbelievable as I had this company do my snow removal for a few seasons because I felt stuck , Not only were they unreliable and do sloppy work , they cant seem to keep staff.... Do your homework before you hire this company, call the BBB ... furthermore if you are going to respond to a review be truthful , I did not take money ? My last installment was approx 200.00 which was to be paid April 9th , I was told to keep it in lieu of the damage, once the damage was estimated it was triple the last installment , when I contacted you , to come fix it becauae it was to expensive and I could not do the labour myself , you did nothing , basically told me too bad . You did not continue to service my property that is a complete lie. Not to mention leaving my family stuck many times over the winter not being able to get on and off the property . Not showing up to do a job you were paid for . Twice we had to call a tow truck . If I repaired the property or not is none of your business actually . You were asked to come fix it and you did not.
