I was able to have Austin come onto my property and analyze my needs and the state of my lawn. After an honest discussion, it was easy to decide that the removal of the existing lawn and a complete resod would be much more advantageous. I was a bit skeptical but then Austin measured everything out, told me exactly what it entailed and gave me a final price. I was so surprised that I asked him if he would be available to do the two adjoining properties. He said he would at the same time if the owners wanted it done. Austin and his crew arrived when they said they would and worked nonstop until the project was completed. Our lawns went from the ugliest on the block to the best looking on the block. Unbelievably, Austin knocked on our doors this Spring to ask if we were all satisfied with the look of our lawns. He even left a bag of fertilizer to apply at the beginning of May.
