Not trying to hurt the business, just reporting my honest experience of working with them. I paid for their service (Weed & Insect + Aeration) on April 7th which is very early in the season. I asked them several times (by calling their office) to perform the aeration on my lawn sooner and each time they were saying we will do it this week by Friday. This did not happen until June 14th when I decided to cancel my service. Their weed control was ineffective, I had to call them to after each visit and tell them about big weeds that they had forgotten to spray on. Now it has been more than 6 weeks and I am still waiting for them to reimburse the rest of my money. I was very hesitant to write this review but at this point I am not sure what can I do really, have called their office multiple times about the reimbursement and still nothing ...

The people were very nice, but our lawn has never looked this bad. After one year of one of their packages, we had about 80% of our grass die off. I had to call 3 times to have someone address a cinch bug issue. They attempted to repair the lawn with annual grass, that looked great briefly, but died off over the winter, leaving us with tons of dead grass to rake this year, and bare spots all over. We decided not to go with this company again this year.

After having extremely poor results from one of the popular lawn care services, we had given up completely on any kind of lawn treatment. Our lawn had become an embarrassment with more weeds than grass and we wanted to do something about it. My wife had observed the KOLLEGIATE LAWN CARE sign on a few very nice lawns so we decided to give them a try. We were told that it would take a couple of years to see improvement, but after only four treatments, the lawn looks amazing. The improvement was so remarkable that the neighbour inquired. I think our neighbour might become a KOLLEGIATE LAWN CARE client as well. I should also add that the company is very responsive to clients. Thank you KOLLEGIATE LAWN CARE. They ruined my lawn! Fertilizer burned it 2x. I called and sent emails ... no response. I have before and after pictures. Terrible company. No problem taking your payment up front though.

Kollegiate saved our lawn! The weed control program along with their aeration and seeding services were extremely effective in generating lush, green results. The office staff are knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. Field technicians were prompt, reliable and demonstrated great attention to detail, even while working through the challenges of a season with much more rain than usual. I have been dealing with Kollegiate Lawn Care since 2017. I have sold my property and now do not require their services as I am moving out of the area. A lot of companies send flyers and promise you so much, however Kollegiate PROVIDES the service that they advertise. They are very accommodating and always call ahead to let you know when they are coming. You never have to wonder what to do after they have been there as they always leave notice of what application they provided. Also on the notice are instructions for you with regards to watering and cutting over the next few days, along with any recommendations that they have. I would highly recommend this company.

Got a call from the office staff that I had cinch bugs asked them to spray....guy showed up later in the week didnt have cinch bugs but needed lime for moss he didnt have any with him someone would be back and apply the lime .....been over a week now and no one showed up....this is the second hic up last season asked for fall topsoil and seeding nobody showed up ....you know the old saying three strikes and your out !!!!

Do not get your lawn care done here! we have been getting our lawn cared for by them for 3 years now and have seen absolutely no results.
