What a great place! While we've been before in the Spring/Summer this was our first time visiting when they are in full swing for the Christmas season. A must see. Lots of great Christmas stuff. The staff are friendly and some were even singing along to the Christmas music being played. Wonderful experience.

I love this place. Its a no frills greenhouse that houses a bunch of species of herbs. They have a decent selection of tropical plants as well. I would give 5 stars but they force you to take a cart, each person. lol. It ends up forcing people to traffic jam down the narrow isles or they ditch them. No other Nurseries do this.

This is my favourite Nursery in the area. And every year they get better and better. They have the best selection of herbs and perennials. My mom says they have the best selection she has ever seen for tomatoes! She drives up from the Leamington area (Tomato Capital) and buys her plants here. My garden expands every year because of visits here. I really like that in the summer they support fund raisers and allow them to have BBQ's in the parking lot. Great idea.

Of all the nurseries in the Waterloo Region I would rank Colour Paradise #1. This garden centre has a huge variety of outdoor plants and the indoor selection won't disappoint either but you have to check regularly as they get new indoor weekly. Their hanging baskets are extremely beautiful and very reasonably priced.

Terrible customer service. Rude and abrupt. I arrived to be told they were closing in 10 mins. Staff hovered. I was there to purchase gift card and staff never made eye contact or smiled. I then inquired about a planter insert and was told in a rude and abrupt tone that “we don’t sell those”. I will never come back and will be sure to tell others about my experience.

For a greenhouse, this is one of the best. They only sell annuals, perennial, and house plants they grow in large quantities on a seasonal basis. No shrubs or trees. The section is fantastic, the quality very good, the price fair. When looking for spring annuals, hanging baskets, or mixed pots, there is no better place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, a great place to shop.

I have done 2 pick ups so far with Color Paradise so far and each time the staff having been nothing short of amazing. I was there Monday morning for the 9-10 am pick up slot and as I drove into the parking lot the line up was huge but I was through in no time. The staff are very organized, the products are amazing. I fully support Color Paradise's decision not to open up to the general public, although sadly I miss browsing the greenhouse. Keep up the great work Color Paradise!! If I could give you 5 more stars I would.

I would have given a 5 star ???? but i won't , thing is the staff doesn't have much knowledge of plants , unless am wrong to expect that from them , but honestly if u work in a restaurant and don't know what's on the menu, it's a bit disappointing, but otherwise i like their flowers and return policy
