I understand they moved to a smaller store but the whole store was a mess. We didn't know where to start looking and the boxes for new stock where everywhere.This is supposed to be the flagship store for Ontario, treat it as such otherwise people will shop elsewhere. It's just that simple. It's a shell of it's former store.

The Hart store is far too cluttered for me. I find it terrible shopping there. The staff are rude and I'm very disappointed.i gave 3 stars because they have some good products and prices. Just need to clean up the store and better train staff

Not much to say average store no room to shop boxes left in isles if you look for something and they dont have it when you lwave the look they give like yur there to steal im sorry but i dont get that happy shopping there feeling more like treated like a theft and not the first time there same feeling they want your business but no trust no famoly feeling just a cold way of things

There is a lady with short blonde hair average size who works as a cashier is always rude. Never bothers to wish you hi or even thank you. I am a regular customer. Rest of the staff is very friendly.

Always find something different ... don't go often though... also those flourescent ceiling lights need to be changed ... the flickering is awful for anyone with migraines, light sensitivity, etc will have a hard time... they are awful

Hart is great, especially for home decor. Extensive selection of roller blinds and bedding stuff. Browse through the store, you'll find something you need at a great price. I found some pajamas !

Great Christmas tree lights on sale. LED format. They looked great on my family tree. 7 ft two boxes of 500 lights was perfect. White with multiple settings. We use slow fade.

When i went there. There lighting is always flickering and if a person has seizures its never a good thing. Not sure on there stuff but thats my standings on it never fixed saying they need someone from down south to change there lights like that is screwed up.

I love this store ❤ I love the different selection than most stores in town especially for boys. I could spend hours looking around and always find the best things. Pillows, curtains, bedding, furniture, housewares, toys, clothes and shoes for the whole family. The store is clean, staff are friendly and whenever I cant find something I'm shopping for I know I'll find it at Hart.

The place looks like a disorganized flea market. Isles laid out like a maze. Boxes in the Isles, a staff that acts like they just want to go home. A lousy place to be spending your money. ????????
