The owner specifically said if the shoes didnt fit that were bought for a Christmas gift , they could be exchanged for store credit. Then she used the lockdown as an excuse to deny the return. This lack of customer service is why stores like thisare dying and amazon is thriving.

New owners, owners of DnL docks, awesome friendly service. I look forward to how they make the place their own! And hopefully in the future plan on having their bait not pre packaged as past owners did... so they can live longer and we may chose it as our stop! Went to check for Canada Goose Coats. The huge selection of such high end merchandise was truly amazing. Had a salesgirl dedicated to us for over an hour trying on different coats with my brother. We walked out with $2400.00 worth of 2 coats. The owner was gracious enough to throw in a pair of $160.00 leather and down mitts and gloves. One pair for each of us. Kombi gloves she threw in are by far the nicest, warmest leather mitts I've owned in my 52 years. Don't overlook this place when you're searching for winter clothing and so much more.

Very friendly staff, only issue is there is so much stock that you can get lost looking for anything, I see that this is a trend with most of the small businesses in Timmins, they cram as much into the store in hopes that you find everything you need in one store. I will return

Dumoulin Fishing Tackle, I've been dealing with this family business for over 30 years. Good selections, competitive pricing, and fresh bait. Very friendly staff, great selection of fishing and hunting equipment. Go and see what you're missing.
