The project was completed within the estimate provided and was completed in a timely manner. Product was fine but installation required 7 return visits to repair application of polymer sand. Granted they stuck with the job until it was finally done properly, but offered no compensation for the inconvenience and disruption to our lives.

I’m so happy I choose Prelude to do my backyard project!! I’d had several different contractors come by but the moment I met Pedro I knew the job would be his. His honesty, professionalism and overall demeanour instilled complete confidence that the job would be done right. The project was done sooner than expected & completed entirely in 1 day. The crew he sent were courteous, conscientious, hard working and just all around great bunch of guys that obviously take pride in a job well done. My project was done fairly recently so I’m still in the early growth stages of sod so I’m working patiently at getting a few strips to catch up with the rest of the grass which had come in beautifully but in no way am I worried because I have no doubt that one call to Pedro and they would be replaced if need be. I would highly recommend them as I doubt you would be disappointed.

We used multiple landscaping contractors to complete our yard and I can strongly endorse Pedro and his crew. Pedro was the most responsive and reliable contractor that we dealt with - it was rare that we didn't receive a response to our various questions within 24 hours! Once the crew was on site, they were friendly and efficient in completing the work and were also able to adjust a part of our plan in progress without delaying the project. In addition, while most contractors tend to be a bit difficult to get hold of when after sales service is required, so far I have been impressed with Pedro and his follow up. We have had a few issues to follow up on and Pedro continues to be responsive.

I hired Prelude Landscaping to build an integrated patio around a newly installed deck. Following visits from Prelude and another company Prelude's estimate was much lower and I was provided with superior advice regarding stone selection and color plus a computer 3D design and layout of what the project would look like. Prelude's crew did a fantastic job of the installation, including worksite cleanup and finishing aroundthe patio edges where they met the grass. As can be expected, there were minor tweaks and suggestions as the work processed, but the suggestions and alterations not only added to the aesthetically appealing design, but made the patio and deck surround much more functional than I had anticipated. While the final layout exceeded my expectations in terms of size, the price remained exactlyas originally quoted. Prwlude is highly recommended.

From when we first met Pedro, it was evident that he was a cut above the rest. He put in more time and effort than anyone, when designing our front and backyard landscaping plan. He has a lot of passion and pride for what he does, and it clearly shows. He had very good ideas and suggestions and worked with us, when we made some (quite a few) changes.
