From the quality of their plants to the amazing service where they are always so willing to help! They offer helpful plant care tips and are very responsive when messaging through social media! I have purchased a number of tropical houseplants from Plantiel. Their storefront is located on Princess Street downtown, which is not super convenient (especially for parking) and it is on the second floor of a multi purpose building. They have an online shop where you can browse and buy plants and have them delivered within Winnipeg or picked up. They have a pretty good selection of exotic and tropical plants. They are often smaller sizes (4 and 6 inch) and I have found that the plants don’t always look like they do in the photos online. I haven’t had any problems with pests or anything from the plants I’ve bought here and I’m pleased with them!

My favourite plant shop! Excellent customer service! I just started my collection of plants and whenever I have questions about care or recommendations, they are very knowledgeable! I noticed they take good care of the plants they sell, I haven't had any concerns with the ones I've taken home. Follow them on their social media where they provide updates on incoming plants and products!

I've ordered from Plantiel numerous times. I love that they have an online shop and a storefront. Their plants are well taken care of, they actually take the time to acclimate them before selling it to the general public. I've never been to their store, as most of my plant shopping has been done online.

It's a little hard to find at first because you buzz in. But it's a cute little shop with a nice selection of plants. Also, the elevator looks a little old and sketchy, but works just fine.

I’ve been buying from plantiel since they were just a pop up around Winnipeg such as third and bird, and I’ve always had such an amazing experience! All the plants are beautiful and they deliver them in perfect condition! The communication between the owners (Nat + Jan) is also really great, they always text you to let you know when the delivery is coming!

Plantiel has been nothing short of a great experience, time and time again! On the opening day I managed to snag a very lush and thriving FLF at a cost that can't be beat. I've since been back for both in store shopping (amazing, unique selection that has different offerings than other local shops) and curbside pick up since lockdown (super well run!) and the customer service has been stellar. I love love love having a plant shop in my neighborhood and I can't wait to see what other beauties Nat & Jan bring in!

Love that you can shop online. So convenient and the best way to get a plant you want when they’re in stock instead of having to rush to the store. Very friendly owners and you can tell they take very good care of all the plants.

There's a good combination of rare and common plants, with regular shipments; so there's always something new to look forward to.
