WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. My mom was asking general questions in regards to sod installation. They told her that she should go look it up on the internet instead of wasting their time. REALLY? that's their job, providing customer service. I understand if a customer has unreasonable expectations. However, asking questions about the material you are going to purchase is NOT unreasonable. Honestly, they possess zero self awareness as a business. I would not recommend them to anyone.

With any review you must get the whole story. There are whiners everywhere - thank goodness I do not have to deal with the general public. Five stars for sure when it comes to Kowaluks. Wow! Ordered sod a week ago and prepaid, everyone lined up to lay on the following Saturday... And no sod to pick up!!! If I could give a negative number I would! Wasted another half hour at least waiting for owner to show up from a delivery to say he couldn't understand his staff's writing on the order.... So he didn't do anything with the order??? You would think you would ask his staff and find out??? He had the money!!! He didn't even apologize for this waste of time!!!

Delivered quarter down at our house and just dumped it onto our backyard without even trying to get it where we wanted. Had to shovel 5 yards worth of quarter down just to close our gate. Very poor customer service. Owner was disrespectful and said we "just wanted to claim insurance" if he hit our fence. I would give a negative number if possible. Super unprofessional.
