Terrible in communication. Tell you wait 10 to 7 am at the pick spot, you wait 2 hours, when get home, get a phone call telling you they waited for you. No recommended to work for this people.

I work for this company. If it was anything even remotely close to some of the negative things you read, I wouldn't work here. However, this is an amazing company and I extremely enjoy all the great things we teach others to do and all the skills they obtain from working here. As well as all our lovely customers.

I Do NOT recommend to use them! Booked aeration, asked in PARTICULAR to come when I'm home. They were working in the area and decided to swing by to save them self time, when I was NOT at home. Went with heavy machine over ceramic tiles edges, damaged it, left 1500$ planter with deep scratches.

Got a call in Winter 2014/2015 to aerate my lawn. Prepaid but they never showed up in 2015. When they called Winter 2015 they promised they would come and do the best aerating job ever - cross aerate and everything. Guy comes and does a horrible job and I'm pretty sure he was high on something. Now the office is calling me to pay for the job. Stay away - poorly managed and the job quality is terrible.

Not an easy job by far but I've been with the company for 6 years now and attitude and effort truly make or break you here. If you do not take pride in your work and want to grow and learn this is probably not for you. But those who put in the time to master the process have no limits to what they can achieve!

I have called 5 times and prepaid for service and I have never received the Spring or Summer Service. If they coming knocking at your door, avoid them. Too bad because I thought they did a great job and the person working for them was great. So, sad that there are people in our society that just don’t care. They had a good thing with very bad Customer Service.

Worked for them briefly straight out of college. They abuse the "Independent contractor" idea. "Staff" got paid ONLY on commission, nothing hourly, got next to no training and is charged daily rental for company equipment. Saw a girl work a 10 hour day and at the end of it she was charged $10 and got nothing. They should not be allowed to recruit at RRC career fairs which is how I came across them.
