Bought a whipper snipper just 30 minutes before it closed. Was in there quick. 10 minutes tops. The staff were super helpful. I was clearing the yard 30 minutes later.

I asked the owner for help with a chain saw that I bought from him a few years ago. He seemed to get mad and didn’t want anything to do with me. I think he was having a bad day so I went somewhere else.

Very rude, poor customer service! The man working here started yelling at me after I asked a simple question. We handed him the product back and walked out. Now that I'm reading the rest of the reviews I can see that this is a common occurrence there.

Wanted to buy a chainsaw... Sign on door.. Curbside pickup only.... That's fine. I understand..buuuut... What I was told in piss poor attitude was go on line.. Find what you want..I will get it. How do I know what I want...I need to feel the weight.. See how it feels.. It's for work.. Not pleasure. Will not return to this location
